It is so convenient and professional. It was also affordable, everyone is very kind, treat me and my kids like family, and the owner is very picky about her drivers so I knew they were in great hands. My kids really love it! There are app alerts which give me progress of who the van driver is, when my kids load on the van at pick up, and when they make it to their destination so that brings added peace of mind as well. It's not a daycare, more like Uber for kids but they can probably drop them off at daycare, grandma's house, or an after school activity because sometimes Super Mom needs some help. I Love everything about it and am so happy I found them.

Rosco loved the Dinosaur Trail almost as much as the humans did. Life-sized Dimetrodon, Stegosaurus, and Smilodon (plus much more)! Our back door opened to the Dinosaur Trail, which may in fact have been the most convenient thing, ever. For all of us. We played a freezing, nighttime game of croquet, watched The Bear on VHS(!!!), and grilled our dinner on the outdoor grill. In the morning Carleen (hope I got that right!) made the most delicious breakfast, and was charming company, to boot. I recommend this place like crazy. Also: nearby attractions are not to be missed (read: Creation Evidence Museum). Yep.

We stayed in the Jurassic Cabin, which was the perfect size for our family of five, and for the most part, very clean. The kiddos loved finding bananas and apples set out for them when we arrived, puzzles to put together, games to play, and of course, dinosaurs to march around. Having a playground and the Dinosaur Trail just out our back door was such fun. On another note, at every other B&B we've ever stayed, our time for breakfast was, to some degree, set by us. At the very least, the owner has asked if the time they were serving worked for us. That wasn't the case at Dinosaur Trail Cabins. We were told breakfast was at 9:00, way too late for our kids and for the schedule we needed to abide by for our trip. We mentioned we probably couldn't make breakfast because it was later than we needed it to be for the kids and such. No alternate time was given, simply a thanks for letting them know we wouldn't be there for breakfast and then a, "Please call as soon as you leave so we can come clean the cabin for the next group." I don't mean to keep comparing to other B&B's, but at other places we've stayed, when we had problems, or questions, we were able to reach the owners right away, and if we couldn't, we always received a timely call back. Not here, we couldn't figure out how to work the cable box, so we called, not at an untimely hour, 9:15, but no answer and no call back. So much good, but a few frustrating things made this a place we probably won't visit again.

No, me and the kiddo showed up here this past Saturday for the Denton Air Show. Bi-planes, planes from Vietnam and WWII and really cool stunt planes. Even a helo from Vietnam that had a side machine gun on it which my daughter seemed to relish a bit too much..... she's only four, I'm not worrying yet. It was an overcast day, but it still ended up being pretty humid. Thank god for one dollar refills on lemonade and limeade in a Coca-Cola shaped 32oz cup. Lots of other food to choose from, from the standard corn dogs and twister potato chips to Jamaican food and lots of ices and ice cream. Of course there were those things flying in the sky in formation, but with $5 to play in the bounce houses, my daughter didn't care much about the planes once they were airborne. I on the other-hand enjoyed what I got to see while we were there. Gates opened at 8:30 am, but the show didn't start till 11am. I also didn't realize I needed to bring chairs and/ or a blanket with me. I will remember that for next year. The one good thing about being so early was we got to see all the planes without a huge crowd. There were easily a couple thousand people there, or it seemed that way. Fun event, will do it again.

If you ever get a chance to fly private, take it. It is faster than driving or flying commercial, plus the plane leaves when you want it to! Much more convenient
