I stopped by here in order to get a map and other info on bluebonnets. A gentleman welcomed me. He gave me a bluebonnet trail map. He told me where to go. I watched a very informative video on bluebonnets. I followed his instructions, and went to the south and west trail. I was able to see a lot of bluebonnets. Yeah! It was very helpful! Please visit here!

I went in search of bluebonnets. The staff at the Welcome Center were friendly and helpful.

Made a brief visit to this place…read more The lady was very nice and helpful. It was on a weekday so parking from the garage was very close walk 3-hour parking limit which is ample to also walk the rest of the Legacy West area if needed. The last review mentioned Plano stealing Californians so I had to comment. Yes please remind them how hot it is in Plano so they'll stay where they are. Heck I'll even allow them to go to Oklahoma.

I'm glad I made the trek They have all kinds of information such as brochures and recreational activities. Hey wait a minute this is why you guys are stealing all of our people from California! If you're really nice you can get some free coffee or water. Well since it was about a million degrees today, I passed on the coffee and opted for the water. When you're there be sure to say hello to the really nice lady, Mary. She is running the operation here and really does a fantastic job. I really felt a warm welcome after talking to her. I hear that Stephanie is also doing a great job on social media. So even though I am mad at Plano for stealing millions of Californians away, I have to admit, this is a nice place to visit. Oh well. I guess I will have to keep on reminding Californians about how hot it gets in Texas.

The lady at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable about the museum. I like the addition of interactive pieces in the museum which made the experience better. All in all it was a lunch break well spent and the ladies working there were lovely. I recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
