I liked the food, service was good. All in all I would recommend this place to others in the area. Especially if you like ethnic food.

I promise we listened to the entire conversation because we were waiting on drinks that were put in roughly 25-30 minutes earlier. Not only our own, but every table. Food came out decent just took slightly longer than normal. Server JAX was delightfully a literally ball of joy, even had to go behind the bar to fix another tables drinks which is absolutely obscured. Up his pay instantly because obviously your bar tenders can't do their job! Food was great, services on drink definitely affected our tips but JAX was great.

Place wasn't too busy but it took about 10mins to get our drink and food order in. After about 45mins place was pretty full and still not enough servers for all the customers. I ordered one beer, an order of cheese curds and a six piece boneless wings. All for the grand total of $29. Seems rather steep for one person and supposedly during happy hour. Don't think I got the happy hour special. Was nice hanging out with my friends. Place was a little loud but understandable with all the people there. Can't say I'll be coming back here anytime soon on my own at least. Be ready for long waits for service.

We had read that they accommodated a lot of RVs and people with U-Haul's, etc., so felt safe staying there for the night. Checked in about 9 PM. Everybody was super helpful. We have our cats with us so we were a little stressed out about how it was going to be, but they made sure that we were comfortable and we were in a really nice, large and clean room. I did think that the property is a little bit dated. They've done a good job with upkeep. The only issue I really had was that when I got out of my car there was a very strong animal smell. I asked at the front desk with that smell was, and they said that it was fertilizer that they applied to the fields that night. It was intense. We got up and we're back on the road by 5 AM. Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant although I heard that their steakhouse is excellent. Also, the pool looked really beautiful and clean.

Made a pit stop here at Harris Ranch Resort because we have always been curious about this place…read moreand wanted to eat some steaks from the source. Since it's right next to Interstate 5, it is very convenient for t9ad trips doen California. When I initially looked up the restaurant, I was a bit confused because online it seems that they have 4 different restaurants, and I wasn't sure where they are all located. But we just went and followed the signs that said "Restaurant." When we walked in the main entrance, the first thing we saw was the Country Store. To the right is the Horseshoe Lounge, the Prime Steakhouse in the middle, and Ranch Kitchen is towards the end. I think they also have a barbecue restaurant, but in a separate building. This place is massive. We decided to dine at Ranch Kitchen, where there was a huge group of people sitting right outside. I originally thought they were waiting for a table, but they were all just there for the restroom since this seems to be the place to be for pit stops down I-5. It was around 6 PM on Monday, and we got seated pretty quickly. We ordered the 14 oz. Choice Ribeye (medium rare) and the Country Fried Steak. Both included either baked potatoes or mashed potatoes (we opted for baked) and broccoli and carrots. The ribeye also included either a soup or salad, but given the current scare with the lettuce parasite, I opted for the clam chowder. They start you out with hot bread rolls and some salted whipped butter. The ribeye was very tender and delicious. It was well-seasoned and does not need steak sauce or anything. The country fried steak was quite tasty and comes with a massive amount of gravy, the way I like it. Overall, this was a great stop with great food. The service was amazing and the waiter was very attentive. This will definitely be a regular pit stop of ours.

Notably the hourly fee was cheaper earlier in the day. We were given the password for the linked computer and a few tees. We had our own clubs so we didn't have to rent anything. There were multiple games available on the computer including capture the flag and golf pong. Unfortunately we kept getting kicked off from the account and it interfered with our game. The tees were also flimsy and 3/4 of our tees were bent and unable to stand up straight. The calibration also needed some work as there were times the ball moved without anyone swinging. The drinks were the best part of the experience. Everything was strong, alcohol and flavor wise. We weren't checked up on frequently so make sure to place everything at once. *Wings: we chose the mango habanero sauce and it packed some good heat. The meat was moist while the skin was on the softer side. Overall the tenderness and sweet sauce made it a good shareable. *Pretzel Sticks: the texture was good but there could have been a bit more salt and cheese to dip in. Our sticks also looked skinnier than the ones pictured. *Churros: came with vanilla ice cream. The churros were stiff and greasy. They tasted frozen and reheated. The ice cream was also on the harder side, almost freezer burnt. Bad ending to our meal. The drinks were probably my favorite downtown but the other aspects were greatly overpriced. The golfing was subpar, notably worse than the typical Top Golf experience. Especially with the upcharge for equipment, this was too expensive for a fun night out with friends.
