The next morning, we asked for another room and since my boyfriend is a gold member, they were able to provide us with an upgraded room facing the inner walkway. Free breakfast was also included with his benefits, so we were able to choose from a nice selection of items on the breakfast menu. The only thing that we did not like about the hotel was the strong perfume smell in the hallways. It was very overbearing

Also breakfast of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, toast, and different bakery items was included with the room cost. You could get other breakfast items for an additional cost of 10-12 EUR. The hotel also had free Wifi, and offered pickup from the airport for an additional fee. I would recommend having the hotel pick you up!!! The streets are so narrow with tight turns, that cabs will only take up so far up the hill. The hotel has an awesome driver Sam, that took us right to the front door. The only drawback was the location. Although it is in Dalt Vila, right next to Eivissa; it is quite a hike up to the hotel. There are a series of steep hills to go up, about 6-7 hills. The streets are very narrow as well as the walking paths, and they are mostly cobblestone/stairs. You definitely can't make it up or down in heels. I even slipped a little with flat flip flops. And even if you are in very good shape it is quite the work out going up. Basically once we walked down, we were down for the day. Walking up took about 10-15 mins with the hills/steep inclines and stairs.

We had booked the hotel for 3 nights and then as our travel dates approached (about a week in advance) I emailed the hotel to extend the stay by an extra night. They said the room was available and gave me the rate. When we checked in I inquired about the check out date being a day later than originally planned. I asked twice a day to ensure that our stay was extended. Nobody said to us that the room was not available. On our Third night in Ibiza, coming back to the hotel at 4 am, we had a staff member waiting for us (a nice young man who was a front desk clerk) informing us we had to move out in a few hours. This was very frustrating... long story short, they put us into this little tiny room that was very dirty for our last night. We loved the hotel, the pool, the restaurant... but communication between the staff and with their customers needs to be improved. I would have given it a 5 star review but the room mix up caused us a lot of issues - namely the last day in ibiza we could not go around and see any sites or go to the beach. It basically wasted a full day.

The suite had a kitchen area including small fridge, stove top, dishes and utensils, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Worth it!

It is located near the Marina below Dalt Villa. We decided to try it out since they have been on the Michelin guide book since 2008 (according to the stickers on their door... but who knows it may be fake lol) and our cab driver seemed to know what he was talking about. Since we haven't tried a Paella in Spain yet, we decided to get the Paella. The service was slow along with the rest of the island so at this point it wasn't a surprise to us. Our Paella came out in about 30 minutes which was a pretty decent time for fresh Paella. It was definitely worth the wait. The Paella was DELICIOUS :) It was a bit pricey but I didn't really mind because I was in vacation mode.

A big plus for me is that I arrived in Evissa around 7am and they were able to get me checked into my room by 11am and after a day of travel that was much appreciated. The balcony had an amazing view and that was defenitly the best part of the stay for us. My only complaint is the weird / funky smell the room had. I pin pointed the smell was coming from the AC unit and anytime you went to use the AC it just made you room smell bad all over again. We went to the extent of buying candles and air sprays and that defenitly helped tremendously. The free breakfast was good and had a great variety. They also had a bar where they offered small bites and espresso. The pool was such a vibe and the view from there was breathtaking. The pool area is fantastic and the drinks were delicious. We had tried a couple different drinks by the pool over the course of our 4 day stay and every single one was yummy! I'm only in Ibiza for two nights for work and part of the allure of coming out was to spend a lazy afternon drinking cocktails by the pool. But what pool? To make up for the lack of on-site swimming, the hotel offer a free shuttle bus down to a local beach club. It's nice of them, but sometimes a girl just needs the use of a sun lounger, the promise of cool, clear water and NO SAND! Amenities in the hotel are pretty good aside from the lack of a pool and no gym, with free fast wifi, TVs in each room and really nice bathrooms, plus my room had a lovely balcony looking out over the marina. The hotel breakfast was very pleasant to eat out there in the sunshine, but if I ever return to the Balearics a hotel with a swimming pool is essential for my happiness.
