Also breakfast of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, toast, and different bakery items was included with the room cost. You could get other breakfast items for an additional cost of 10-12 EUR. The hotel also had free Wifi, and offered pickup from the airport for an additional fee. I would recommend having the hotel pick you up!!! The streets are so narrow with tight turns, that cabs will only take up so far up the hill. The hotel has an awesome driver Sam, that took us right to the front door. The only drawback was the location. Although it is in Dalt Vila, right next to Eivissa; it is quite a hike up to the hotel. There are a series of steep hills to go up, about 6-7 hills. The streets are very narrow as well as the walking paths, and they are mostly cobblestone/stairs. You definitely can't make it up or down in heels. I even slipped a little with flat flip flops. And even if you are in very good shape it is quite the work out going up. Basically once we walked down, we were down for the day. Walking up took about 10-15 mins with the hills/steep inclines and stairs.

This is not a hotel if you plan on partying every night - it is a nice hotel for honeymoons or romantic get aways. You are very far from any of the party scene. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights and then as our travel dates approached (about a week in advance) I emailed the hotel to extend the stay by an extra night. They said the room was available and gave me the rate. When we checked in I inquired about the check out date being a day later than originally planned. I asked twice a day to ensure that our stay was extended. Nobody said to us that the room was not available. On our Third night in Ibiza, coming back to the hotel at 4 am, we had a staff member waiting for us (a nice young man who was a front desk clerk) informing us we had to move out in a few hours. This was very frustrating... long story short, they put us into this little tiny room that was very dirty for our last night. We loved the hotel, the pool, the restaurant... but communication between the staff and with their customers needs to be improved. I would have given it a 5 star review but the room mix up caused us a lot of issues - namely the last day in ibiza we could not go around and see any sites or go to the beach. It basically wasted a full day.

The room had a patio that I did not use but looked lovely. Decent shower products but no lotion and conditioner so bring your own. I did not use the pool but it looked good, and the pool area was packed with sunbathers. Front desk staff is really helpful and called me a cab to the port. The hotel is walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I did not try the food at the hotel. I booked on a third party website so got a nice discount. I would stay here again.

The pool area is fantastic and the drinks were delicious. We had tried a couple different drinks by the pool over the course of our 4 day stay and every single one was yummy! The grounds are very well kept and our room was very clean. The hospitality overall was just top notch! We will definitely be back!

I was honestly hesitant to book it because of the price, especially coming from a small town in Colorado and wanting a mix of relaxation and fun. But once I was there, it completely worked. The property is stunning high-end, modern, and beautifully designed. Friends who stayed at other hotels actually came to ours just to take photos because it's that nice. If you want great pictures, you don't even need to leave the hotel. It really is the hotel. Breakfast was incredible. I loved having fresh, natural juices every morning, and the food overall was excellent. The private beach was a huge highlight, and the private concerts and live music added such a fun, lively energy. It's definitely a vibrant place, but it still felt enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The staff were truly amazing friendly, attentive, and welcoming across the board. They really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special. The only downside for me was the room layout and bathroom. The resort is very large, so depending on where your room is, the walk can be pretty long especially if you're on the pool side. Also, the shower door didn't fully close, so water leaked out everywhere, and the shower area didn't feel as clean or polished as I would expect for a hotel at this price point. Not terrible, but noticeable. That said, I genuinely loved my stay and had a great time. It did feel worth it overall, even with the cost. I'd absolutely love to come back budget permitting and would 100% stay here again if I return to Ibiza. The level of incompetence, disorganization, and sheer laziness on display here is almost impressive - you'd think it was some kind of social experiment on how bad a hotel can get before guests riot. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted not with warmth but with chaos and indifference. Check-in? Hours of waiting for the room you booked in advance. Room service? Nonexistent. The mini bar? Stocked with half-drunk bottles, and yes, they'll gleefully charge you for them anyway. Their restaurants serve food so bland and low-quality that calling it "edible" feels generous. Breakfast looked like a health inspection horror show, filthy, unsanitary, and clearly handled by people who've given up on life. The staff? A masterclass in rudeness and apathy. Ask for your room to be cleaned, and you'll get attitude, eye rolls, and maybe even a verbal lashing from housekeeping. And if by some miracle they do show up, don't expect the bed to be clean, ours had hair and actual blood stains. When we reported it, they refused to fix it. Refused. The water in the tub looked like it came straight from a sewer. It's not just unpleasant, it's unsafe. Whoever manages this circus should be ashamed. Hard Rock should remove their name from this embarrassment before it ruins what little reputation they have left. Final advice: run. Don't walk - run away from this disaster disguised as a hotel.

They shut it down every winter and spruce up the place so it looks new when it opens for the season again. The views of the ocean from the infinity pool area are amazing. The service is excellent and I am high maintenance. You do pay more to get more... The hotel isn't cheap. I think we paid a little over $300 per night for a view of the ocean from our room. The suite had a kitchen area including small fridge, stove top, dishes and utensils, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Worth it!

Street parking is easy to find (and free!) if you drive and there is a very affordable market across the street. The rooms are basic (I stayed in o e on the street side) but as I paid 55€ a night it was perfect. The view from the bar/restaurant was amazing and the lounging places outside were perfecto. I happened to meet the owner on my visit and he was very nice-his friend bought me a drink while I sunbathed. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was perfect!!

This is absolutely a 5 star hotel from the moment you enter the lobby…read more The hotel entrance is quite grand, smells great (is that a weird thing to point out?), and staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have a concierge desk where they help you plan out your entertainment, food, drink and whatever else you want to do on the island. The hotel has an open spa (gym, spa services, hair, nails, etc), two swimming pools (one adult only), and plenty of lawn chairs for sunbathing in the beautiful Ibiza sun. All the rooms are facing away from Pacha so you don't hear any of that club noise. But bonus is, if you want to hear what's happening at Pacha, it's literally across the street. All the rooms have beautiful sizeable balconies overlooking the pool. We were able to get one that overlooked the pool and had a great angle of Ibiza Cathedral and the rest of that part of town. We had a junior suite which had a queen sized bed, in room jacuzzi bath and separate toilet/shower set up. There is a small entry area that can be closed off to make sure you have a very quiet night/privacy. For those who like to sleep in, they come with blackout curtains. I didn't check out the casino, but looked like it was busy and popular. Overall, great spot to just relax and hang out by the pool OR have fun and party across the street at Pacha and sleep in all day. :)
