Service was good, wait time, food & drinks... all good. It had been awhile, I just forgot they were there. Placed an order here during Labor Day, my order went through, payment accepted. They were closed, I get it... sometimes we forgot to turn off the app or system, whatever. No response on the phone, Facebook, email. I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Go down Broad, there are better customer focused establishments that deserve your business.

The cashier suggested Tropical Infusion which I was already leaning on. It consist of banana, mango, pineapple, and strawberry. Not sure if I'm missing another ingredient. I'll have to go back to try the café out sometime. I ordered some fresh juice and a blue algae bowl. Everything was made fresh right in front of me. The owner was very nice and helpful. This little fresh meal definitely hit the spot and I was full pretty quick so I had to take some with me. I'll be back for sure. This is a little hidden gem and it's nice to have!

On my next visit, I think I'll step outside of my bubble and try something I wouldn't normally get. German Chocolate Cookie Dough: This was so delicious, I really enjoyed it. Now, Cinnaholic is vegan, and I don't normally favor vegan options. But this, you'd never know. The moment I bit into it, it was Heaven. This is a must-try, if you're a fan of cookie dough and chocolate. Plain Cinnaholic w/ hazelnut cream and walnuts: I took a bite of this, and it was so good and different. I've never had a flavored cream on top of a cinnamon bun, outside of your regular buttercream. I'm the type of person who loves a really soft cinnamon roll, the kind that is gooey in the middle. Cooked, but gooey. This bun did not disappoint. I look forward to finishing this later this evening. This is a cute little store. I will be visiting again.

The chicken mole was my favorite. They had pozole, menudo. A LOT of sauces and salads and they tasted homemade to me, pickled onions-just tons of condiment type things. But wait-theres more. Then the breakfast dishes-eggs with every meat you can imagine and my husband said they were fantastic. I think the flour tortillas were homemade but whatever, they were good. But wait-still more!! You can order from a special menu that had waffles, pancakes, quesadillas (with steak!) enchiladas Rojas and verdi, and a couple of more things. It was just overwhelming. Real Mexican food! I ordered the charred teriyaki--he used two torches at once, for extended periods, paused, and then used a spoon to mix the salmon in between torches. He took way too long. The salmon was not charred--it was burnt. He's supposed to use one torch and the other hand to flip and stir the salmon as it is being torched!! Other issues: They gave too teriyaki sauce and it absorbed the rice. The salad was not dressed. We asked for salad dressing, and the girl was like, which dressing would you like? The salad comes with the standard dressing unless asked otherwise. The second teen didn't know what he was doing, and kept asking the guy what he needed to do, or how to prep the order he was working. He was waiting for the teen to hand him the torches as the pickup just arrived for their order. The girl, who was restocking greens, could have easily picked up the char station as they were getting busy. They did NOT proportionate foods. We had to ask for more lettuce because of the proportion they tried serving initially. The lemonades were empty and there was less than 1/3 of green tea remaining. The ice machine was completely out! Management/leaders need to do better by scheduling people to match their skill sets. Today's visit was a waste of time and money! For those who want to say they're just kids--that's not the focal point!
