I now have a 2019 Tacoma that he has outfitted with all Memphis Audio Speakers and 2 10" Memphis Audio Subs, powered by a KENWOOD amp. The greatest thing is that I was able to keep my factory radio, so looking into my truck, everything looks just plain stock, until you turn it on and hear it. The sound quality is unbelievable, the highs are as crisp and clean as going to the opera, and the lows, well you can feel those all the way into your soul. He also took care of tinting all of my windows with tint with nano technology in it to help reduce the heat in your car and the glare. Last but not least he replaced all of the halogen headlights on my truck with much brighter LED bulbs, they also swapped out the bulbs in the fog lights too. So no matter what ya need done to your car or truck, go by and see the guys at Audio Creations, they will get ya taken care of.

He was up front about the vehicle's history; I've had to pry that out of dealerships before, so them being forthcoming about it before I ever asked was reassuring. The showroom area was clean and well maintained. Nice music on the overhead; not a bunch of rap crap. Our paperwork process was simple, and Kenneth was helpful and answered any questions we had. The sales manager was a nice man, and of course Tre, our salesman, was as kind as could be. I feel like we got a good deal here. I can recommend car shopping here. Long Lewis has been around for a long time, and they haven't stayed in business as long as they have by doing their customers wrong.

We bought a BRAND NEW 2026 Ford Expedition in May. Since then, we've had four separate check engine…read morelights -- two occurrences of one issue, two of another. On a vehicle that's months old. This isn't normal wear and tear, this is a pattern. Twice, this happened while we were traveling long distance with our 3-year-old and 3-month-old, forcing us to get the vehicle repaired out of state. If you've never had to scramble for emergency car repairs hundreds of miles from home with two small kids, count yourself lucky -- because Ford's support made it worse, not better. We were told to rent a car and that Ford would reimburse us. Since we were out of state, the dealership couldn't provide a loaner, so we rented on our own, exactly as instructed. We spoke to TWO separate Ford Customer Care agents about this rental -- and neither one mentioned that it had to be a Ford. Over 4th of July weekend, with rental inventory wiped out, we were given a Jeep because that's what was available. Ford's response? Denied our $1,000 reimbursement because it "wasn't a Ford." A requirement two agents somehow forgot to mention. Twice. Then came check engine light #4. The Expedition sat at Long-Lewis for eight days. We were told the sensor was replaced and the issue resolved. Their idea of confirming that? A technician drove it 10 miles. The exact same code fired again during that drive -- it just didn't trigger the dashboard light that time. Their solution: hand us the keys and send us on our way. That same code is still showing up right now. A brand-new vehicle should not come with a revolving door of check engine lights, and Ford Customer Care should not be denying legitimate claims based on rules they never bother to explain. We did everything we were told to do and got stuck with the bill and a car that's still broken. They said it looked like all the parts are available and if I could get my car to them Monday it would be done by Wednesday. I had my car back Wednesday, all new looking, no sign of damage, washed inside and out. Wow! Great price, workmanship and service. I brought my 2005 Mercedes here for an oil change based upon a friend's recommendation. They did a…read morefine job, so a few months later when the coolant light was on and the car was in limp mode, I didn't hesitate to call Mike and Mikes to do the job. I got the car towed 30 min from homewood just to use them. I also had purchased brake pads and rotors for the car and placed them in the trunk for them to put on. They originally quoted me an outrageous price to put the brakes on. When I explained that I was providing the parts, and I would just take it elsewhere, they went down (a little). I was mainly focused on diagnosing the reason why the vehicle was in limp mode and finding the coolant leak (I had been topping off the coolant for months). They called me and said the diagnostic was a thermostat housing, and also said I purchased the wrong size front brake pads, and I will have to pay them for the parts for the correct pads. Fine. I did. They said they would return my pads that were the wrong size and place them in the trunk (they didn't give them back and they aren't in the trunk). They then told me the car was in limp mode because there is an alternator problem. We called the shop that had just repaired the alternator a year ago (it was still in the warranty timeframe) together, and decided on a plan that the other shop would come and pick up the alternator and repair it and deliver it back. I received a call after the brakes and thermostat housing was replaced saying they had no room for my car, and that I would have to drive it myself or pay for a tow to the alternator shop. This is wild after I had just paid them $1000 for a thermostat housing and brake and rotor replacement. The alternator shop was in disbelief that Mike and Mike's asked me to do this, and told me specifically not to drive it over 40mph, do not use any electronics (no radio or headlights, no a/c) and keep it slow and steady. This was a long drive at 6am from Pelham to downtown Birmingham on Highway 31 in the RAIN. Once at the alternator shop, they checked the car, and laughed, "that's an old code from when the alternator was originally repaired, your car is fine". It's been month since I've gotten my vehicle back. The coolant reservoir is completely empty and the leak wasn't repaired like I was told. I am SUPER Disappointed with the quality of work (or lack there of). They seem to try to nickel and dime me a lot, and I am not down for that. For a woman, I have a pretty good basic knowledge of vehicles. I have only driven the car 4 times since I got it back. I will be taking my dollars elsewhere.
