HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! We ordered 3 pair of…read moreglasses; 2 pair of Clear Glasses ... and then my eye caught a pair of Ray-Ban Sunglasses. I asked that they add a Gradient Tint and Flash Mirror Coating. They asked if I wanted them polarized and I said yes. They tallied the bill to $1,016. and some change, that is... above what the insurance paid. We paid the bill and waited for the glasses. After two weeks of not hearing back, we decided to call and find out when they would be ready. They asked for another week to which we agreed. On 01/31 (ish) ... we got the call saying our regular glasses were ready, but they were still working on the sunglasses! ((NEARLY A MONTH AFTER WE ORDERED THEM!)). Randy went to pick them up. He got our glasses and was told the sunglasses should be ready "any day now". When I got my glasses, the nose pad was so twisted out, that I could not wear them. It was so twisted I wondered if that was intentional ... because it was so twisted the were unwearable. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but what I do know is that I've NEVER seen a pair of glasses where the nose pad was so twisted that they wouldn't even sit on my face. So, I went back to have them adjusted. Rusty Harris, took them to the back and brought them back and asked me to try them. While they did sit better, he didn't adjust them to fit my face so the nose pads are still leaving little dig marks when I wear them. But, at least they were sitting level on my face. Now, I'm left waiting for "any day now" to come. After ANOTHER 2 WEEKS of not hearing from them I called to check. They assured me that it should be "any day now" so again, I agreed to wait. On Feb. 14th, I got the call they were in and are ready for pick up. So, Randy went the same day to pick them up. When he arrived, he saw that the Brown Gradient glasses I ordered were tinted blue. He told Rusty that this is not what I ordered. Rusty responded by saying, "Well, this is what's on the order". My husband said that he couldn't speak to what was on the order but he was sure I wanted brown gradient lenses because he heard me order them. Rusty Harris told him that they are blue because of the polarization on the lenses. So, he decided to bring them to me and let me see them, rather than to argue with someone that was clearly not listening. When I saw them, I was disappointed that they were not what I ordered and told Randy we would have to return them. On February 16th, I went back to the store and told Rusty Harris that these were not what I ordered to which he responded, "Well, that's what was on the order". I told him that I had no idea what was on his order because I didn't create it, but if he would go and get the lady that created the order, I'm sure she would verify that the correct order. Rusty Harris said that he would handle it (rather than get the lady that took the initial order) to which I said, fine. Then, with quite an attitude he said to me, "Now, you just need to tell me how you want me to change your order so that I can have them remade ... but I can tell you I'm only going to do it once!" to which I replied, "I don't want you to change the order, I just want you to make them the way I ordered them the 1st time ... I just want the brown gradient lenses with the flash coating that I ordered." At that point, he picked up the sunglasses and hit them on the counter and pushed them towards me and said, "You better be careful!" I didn't respond because at this point, he had me in a position where I had already paid nearly $500. for glasses that I did not want. After a minute or two of just staring at him, he finally said, "Do you want me to fix them" to which I responded, "Yes, I want you to fix them". He took them and I asked how long it would be before they were ready. He said he would have them done in about 5 or 6 days, to which I said, that's fine, I can wait another week. Once again, there was no communication from Vision Plus. So, I called again to check on them on or about February 28th to find out if they were ready. I spoke to a lady that assured me he sent the order in and was just waiting for them to come back from the lab. She said they really were expecting them "any day now" and would let me know as soon as they arrived. On March 5th, I called Vision Plus again to find out the status of the sunglasses. (This is literally 2 MONTHS after I ordered them and nearly A MONTH after I asked them to correct them). Again, they informed me that they hadn't gotten them back from the lab, but they would be there soon because the lab told her they had shipped them and they were just waiting. I asked for a tracking number to which she said the lab hadn't given her one. So, I explained that I would be out of town from March 6 - March 14. I said to her that while I appreciate her being so polite and professional, I was frustrated because

Child had appointment, insurance was given to them when appointment was made (4 DAYS PRIOR) and the day before. They were told over the phone that the insurance was Aetna. Nothing was said that they don't take Aetna. Left work early, drove 30 minutes to pick up child, drove 30 minutes back to Fort Smith. Show up for appointment 15 minutes early and notified at that time that they cannot see the child because they don't take Aetna. Asked them why we weren't notified of this prior to the appointment time. Office manager claims "the system was down and they just found out and they were just getting ready to call" - REALLY 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE WHO LIVES OUT OF TOWN!!!! COME ON! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT INSURANCE YOU TAKE WITHOUT LOOKING IN THE SYSTEM??? SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

Made comments about 20 minutes in, "it was taking longer than most" appointments. Also mentioned i was free to get a second opinion and he didn't need my business. Needless to say, I am trying to find another place to go. I will pay the hundred dollar deductible. They wanted me to make a decision which level of cataract surgery I wanted with no information or suggestion about what I needed. He said to come back in 3 weeks for a reevaluation if I chose one of the premium lenses. Then i was sent directly to the girl who schedules surgery. When I explained to the girl at the front desk , I was not ready to schedule a surgery. Then I was sent to the financier. This obviously did not clear up any of my questions. Then I was sent to the counselor. After going through all this, I felt like it was the first time they were explaining things about procedures and options they we're not able to satisfy, My questioning about levels of lenses or what would be best for me. But they were ready to have me pick one? Yes, I did.Watch the six mini videos they sent on my phone that were two minutes apiece. I could not pick a star rating because it's two separate issues. I believe they are capable of doing the job.Excellently. The staff and the building are very professional. Clean and capable looking. The staff was excellent. I would give them a four star. Now the doctor on the other hand may have had a bad day or something. But he is the reason i would give a one star based on he could not satisfy the questions, and I feel that it was his job, and also was about as close as you could get to the word rude. Whoever tells a client/patient , they don't need their business? For that visit on that day the doctor definitely a one star.
