So I called head to make sure that they had wifi and a spot to work from while I waited on the oil change. I was told yes. So I scheduled an appointment - which was available quite soon and easy to schedule online. I showed up at my scheduled time and my car was taken in for service right away. I was exceptionally pleased to see a woman working the front desk as well as a woman mechanic/technician working on my car. As promised, they did have wifi. However, it was not secure so I was unable to work. Dead in the water, I was happy that the oil change was done quickly and no issues beyond the air and cabin filter needing replacement were noted. I can handle both of those so soon I was on my way. They do have a work area with a coffee machine and TV. It is also located near Costco and other shopping stores at Easton so conceivably - if you had to wait a long time, there were things to keep you entertained. But since I just need secure wifi so I can work - it did not work for me. Not sure what I'll do when my next oil change in needed. Maybe ask the hubby to help me drop it off as it is still the best deal in town. OR if they get secured wifi, I'll happily return and raise the rating to 5 stars.

Back in the spring I needed new tires so I looked to NTB because it was already a familiar store. They had a BOGO deal on tires so I swooped in and made an appointment for purchase and installation. Come to find out 4 weeks later my tires PSI is insanely low and repeatedly every two weeks. I finally brought it in to be inspected (to which I was laughed at "tires naturally get low in the cold weather" YEAH BUT NOT 12 PSI). Low and behold none of my tires were installed correctly and most of my rims were leaking air. Cool. Got it repaired, so i thought. Not so much. It is now very much so the fall and two of my tires are still leaking. Which leads me to this month. I finally had the time to take my car in and get an oil change and get the tires fixed again. Dropped it off during my appointment time, no problem, went to Easton to kill time for an hour and a half or so. Came back over to check on the progress. My car hadn't moved. Apparently they were understaffed and way behind. I mostly understand that but then a) mention it at drop off and b) grey out some of the extra appointments for the day to make sure you properly service the customers you agreed to see. I had zero time left to stay so i canceled and left. Again today, a free evening. Scheduled an appointment. Showed up 40 minutes early because i was in the area and figured"maybe this will help if they are understaffed again". Walk in and say my name... "didn't you get our message? We canceled your appointment for understaffing" -____- No message. One missed call at 5:20 (appointment at 6pm) from an unknown number. Don't know about you but i don't answer those (nor did i see it in time). No VM. Just an absolutely disappointing and stressful last month trying to right their mistake and get a fricken oil change. No more, NTB.

He said they would order it and it would be there at 715 the next morning and I could come any time to have it replaced. Called 3 times the next morning before finally hearing at 1p that the delivery had arrived. I took an Uber to the store only to be told that they don't replace batteries in a Prius. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for roadside assistance. There's a Napa right down the street. 2 stars because the guy who was here last night was ready to replace it when I got here 15 minutes before close even tho that's the same guy who didn't check if they had the battery in stock when i called.

On Monday Tony called to clarify some issues about the parts and then he shipped them on Tuesday. I received the parts in California on Thursday, Friday I put the bike back together so its ready to ride this weekend. The crew here is knowledgeable about all BMW bikes and they have a vast inventory of used parts. The parts I received looked brand new! They have just about everything BMW up to 2004, including some new parts like screws and gaskets.

The facility seems somewhat secure while still allowing for 24-hour access via a card-keyed gate. The room we rented was clean and easy to move into. Works for me! The only real bitch of the whole thing was that they were out of padlocks, which are required as a term of your rental- so we had to seek one out elsewhere. Not very convenient, but I'd assume they usually have these in stock- or so I was lead to believe. It'd also be cool if we needed storage space for more than a few weeks, since this place gives you a second month free with your first month. I kind of want to make moving take longer just to get to use the deal!
