Donut and pastry case

This was our first stop in Kentucky because I've been dying to go to a Graeter's with a bakery. My hubby got a glazed donut and I got a Danish donut and cinnamon square danish. He loved the glazed donut. I had a bite and agreed with him. It wasn't greasy or too sugary like a lot of places make them. OMG did I love the Danish donut. It was light and flaky with the perfect amount of sweet with a hint of salt. So good! We shared the cinnamon square Danish and neither of us liked it. It was incredibly dry and flaky, so we ended up tossing it out. I think the gal helping us might've grabbed it from the wrong case. The service was great, consistent with all the other Graeter's I've been to. Would've given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the dry cinnamon square danish.

We haven't been by our local Graeter's since our sons bday where our negative experience is in our first review. WE asked to give them our phone number to see if we had any rewards as we had purchased that birthday cake and had cones prior to that... WE we told that our number WAS not in their system? WHAT? It has been for years... so annoying. We were also told they switched to a new system and you have to have an APP and something else... all this for rewarding us for being loyal (not to mention older patrons or lower income may not have phones or phones with storage space to get rewarded for being loyal). Weird way to discriminate...Cold stone or fort Thomas ice cream is a heck of a lot easier. As annoyed as I am and As unlikely as I am to come back to a store that actively deters my loyalty but I cannot deny their ice cream and their baked goods are amazing! My husband and I wanted to split a sundae after the kid went to sleep and everything was packaged beautifully and I am looking forward to it. They even added the extra cherries requested. Our daughter has an active schedule tomorrow so I let her pick a donut for breakfast and she snuck a bit this evening and she said it was awesome and wished she could have it all now... but alas, she will enjoy for breakfast.. :). I also got a blueberry muffin and snuck a bite... YUM! If you are from out of town, definitely try the black raspberry chocolate ice cream!!! So good!

Waffle cone takes the ice cream to the next level

Graeter's is always a great choice. From the classic flavors like Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, to seasonal flavors to look forward to, like Peach in the summer, there's always something delicious happening for your mouth. This location also has bakery goods! If you're looking for something in particular, like the delectable cheese crowns, you better plan to get them early in the morning - the best sellers go fast! Donuts are graet, pastries are graet, chocolates are graet.... sensing a theme? GRAET. Can't say enough good about this place. Take the family, take the visitors from out of town, take the friends, and take yourself!

Great for the family's and nights out with friends! We came 20 mins before closing and they treated us as if we came in like they just opened ( very kind). Best ice cream in the area.

If you've had Graeter's before, this location will make you just as happy as any other! Possibly even happier because they have their own parking lot - no searching for a spot on the street lie in Clifton or downtown. If you've never been to Graeter's, you must be from out of town. Welcome!! I would encourage you to stop in and try some ice cream! What really sets this place apart is their chocolate chips - they're enormous! They're really more like chocolate chunks - I've found some that are the size of my palm. Also, their known for their Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Even if you're not a fan of fruity ice creams, you probably should at least ask for a sample. I don't usually like berry ice creams, but this stuff is some the best ice cream!

When I walk into Grater's, I feel like I stepped back in time. A true ice cream parlor where a family can get their cones, cups, sundaes, bakery goods and sit down together and eat it. Love that!! Best ice-cream EVER!!! Always on my list of things to do when I come back home to visit. Loved the banana chocolate chip flavor. Wow!

The New Riff Bourbon Ball Ice Cream is the BOMB!!! I love that Graeter's is using a local distillery, New Riff, to source the bourbon.

Bakery Items - Great place for a wide selection of fresh donuts and coffee cakes! The cheese pocket is one of the best.

I love the ice cream here but, they could use better cups. I was standing in my CARPETED living room and it just broke.

The original Oakley location is such a gem and we always appreciate visiting with guests to…read moreCincinnati and telling them a bit of the Aglamesis story! It's nice that the story is on the back of the menus, so locals and guest alike can get a sense of the amazing history! This location could have any quality of food and I would still enjoy a visit because the ambience and decor is so fun and cute! The outside façade of the restaurant as well as the branding have been recently updated, but the inside is straight out of the 1950s. All of the pink, chrome, soda fountain vibes are so fun. And it's such a treat to visit such a vintage spot in 2026! One of Cincinnati's true gems. The ice cream is consistently delicious! It doesn't compete with the other Cincinnati family brand in my opinion, but the diversity of the menu keeps me coming back. I got a pineapple mint ice cream soda, which was surprisingly refreshing and a really good balance of fruity and creamy. My husband got a sundae, which we felt was a little small compared to some of the other menu items - our friends got malts and had a whole other cup of malt available in the stainless steel cup that came on the side. I couldn't help but notice the portion size of that was inconsistent with some of the other items, and I made a plan to split a mall next time for a great value! The service is top-notch and there are very few places you can go to be waited on for an ice cream experience. Don't miss it!

The old-school charm of the shop, with its vintage chairs and ice cream diner vibe, felt like stepping back in time. My wife and i decided to indulge in a sweet treat and as we waited for our orders. She opted for two scoops of chocolate and coffee, while i chose a unique sundae named bourbon it has vanilla, chocolate, and coffee all topped with hot fudge and caramel. Each bite was bursting with flavors that were both rich and unexpected, thanks to their homemade creations. The attendant proudly shared the shop's history having been open since 1908, adding a layer of nostalgia and authenticity to our experience. Walking away, i couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to experience such a delightful spot. The combination of rich history, exceptional flavors, and friendly service made Aglamesis Brothers a must-visit for anyone in Cincinnati seeking a memorable ice cream parlor experience. I'll definitely be back to savor more of their creations and to delve into the stories of their long-standing tradition. Until then, thank you for a truly delightful journey! Really disappointed to see Patty's closed during one of the most vibrant and community-driven…read moreevents in the city -- the Hyde Park Blast. It's one thing to close early, but to post a handwritten sign calling the event "stupid" was shockingly unprofessional. It's figuratively and literally more than a bike race, it's a fundraiser that supports cancer research and survivorship through the CancerFree KIDS Pediatric Cancer Research Alliance. It brings thousands of people together for a cause that matters deeply, while also creating one of the most electric, family-friendly atmospheres you'll find in Cincinnati. From a business perspective, this was a massive missed opportunity. The streets were filled with people eager to support local shops and enjoy the events which is exactly the kind of audience any small business would hope for. Instead of welcoming that energy, Patty's turned it away and insulted the very people walking by their storefront. I love supporting small, local businesses, but this kind of response shows a disconnect from the community that makes Hyde Park special. I hope they reconsider how they respond to events like this in the future.
