I went here to take a Microsoft developer certification exam. They provided the service they said…read morethey would, but the customer service was extremely lacking. The testing started at 10, the email from prometric said to arrive at 9:30. About 7 people trickled in between 9:30 and 9:45. The receptionist ignored us all, even when 3 people stood up from the chairs and formed a line. Eventually he mumbled that we should sit down, "it would be awhile." Everything he said was mumbled and I could barely understand his instructions. Nonetheless we were all soon signed in and taking our tests. Mine was a computer one- it scores you immediately and sends the results off to Microsoft, I guess. The computer was fine, the monitor wasn't lovely but it was sufficient. While taking the test in the room connected to the reception area, I had to occasionally listen to phones ringing and people talking. Not a big deal because it was pretty infrequent. I finished, the computer said that I passed. I got up and walked into the reception area and asked the receptionist if he gave me something, or if I would receive something in the mail. He went to the printer, got the certificate. As he came back to me he smirked and said, "What, did you fail?" I don't think this joke was very funny, and it wasn't very nice either... I give 3 stars, since the most important part, the actual test, went flawlessly. But it was hardly a high-quality experience overall.

I have went to NetXperts for quite a few exams. At best they were mediocre and at worst they were…read morerude. This isn't something I can blame them for, but they are located next to construction which reduces the size of their normally full parking lot. NetXperts is located in the basement and is easy to find. They do a good job of abiding the rules set forth by Thomson/Prometric and Pearson Vue. You are required to sign in, empty pockets, and show two forms of ID. I have noticed over the past few years they have the best test availability as well. What I said above was all the good I could say. One day I was stuck in traffic and called them to say I was going to be late. In a not impressed tone, the man on the other line said "If you're 15 minutes late we'll have to reschedule." I know that is the rule but a bit of understanding would be appropriate. Last time I took a test there, another employee was rude. The receptionist went into a room after checing my ID and my signing in. I followed her and she asked if I signed the legal agreement, which I admitted I forgot to do. She said "I didn't tell you to follow me, so don't follow me." I can't say I was in the right, but a more tactful approach would have been better. In general, they offer the services they say they do but do it in a rude manner. I went to another location and besides being closer to me, they were kinder.

This Kumon has been a great center for learning. We've been a part of the center for several years…read morenow and it's been wonderful to see how much our kids have developed!we see that the staff members deeply care for the kids as well""

I wish I can rate minus 100..total wasting time and money..wasted $780 for 1 month and a half for…read moreno improvements at all..I chose this center because of the reviews..are they the real reviews?? I really doubt.I normally do not write reviews but I need to give the head up and clear pictures to other parents before they dump their money n wasting the kids time. My son was assessed grade 5-8 by 204 schools district about his math..was given grade 2 math ...did complain to them.they just ignored..when I first joined them, they told me my son went there from 1530-1900 on Tuesday n 0900-1200 on Saturday for learning .So I chose the package math n reading for 6 months .ended up when my son showed up on the first day,Mr Bekmini said the student only stay there for roughly one hr during the said hours..fine ..After observing 1 month n a half,my son never received any help or instructions during the said 1 hr in the center.kids go there ,sit there and do their given assignments.NO,NO NO coaching at all...I understand Kumon is a commercial institute, but this is not the way to make money.especially I complained twice already about the assignments was way too easy for my son..they totally ignored me.I learned my lesson ,not believed in reviews..they can be fake ...if the kids' academic performance are good ,parents will not send them to u..not only math ,reading assignments the same thing..they were way below my son's level..you guys were wasting my son's time n my money. My son can do the same exercises by using IXL,why I need to send him to u.One time I even saw my son was biting his fingers n dreaming there over 20 mins sitting inside the center,no one said a word to him or intervened his dreaming behavior..
