My grandson is rambunctious but eager to learn, loving yet sometimes a little defiant, and totally a free spirit. Early on, as he struggled with structure and guidelines, the teachers reassured us, "don't worry, we will work on it.". He has thrived at Little Blessings. All of the teachers are incredible. He has learned music, art, Spanish, health and fitness, as well as letters, numbers, shapes,etc. He is very well prepared for Kindergarten. He loves the staff and they love him. If you were ever in doubt, or have high anxiety about sending your 2,3,4 or 5 year old to school, trust me, start them at Little Blessings. We did Spanish, math & science and book club. The teachers here truly care about the children. Most of them have been there for years and had sent their own children there when they were young. I have grown to love some teachers so much their daughters are babysitting mine and they are like part of our family. I checked out a lot of schools when we moved from the city and I was by far happiest here!

In addition to classroom time, the kids alternate between music and motor movement so it really prepares your child for an elementary school day where they leave the classroom for specials. We are on our sixth teacher there and they are all great but Mrs. Snyder, Mrs. Gorkis and Mrs. Miller are THE BEST!!!!!! One of my favorite things about the school and the teachers is that they are very flexible and don't just care about your child that is your student - they care about your other kids and your whole family. Mrs. Gorkis only taught one of my daughters (wah) but she knew all of their names and would always address them by name and remember things that they had said and were interested in. We have one more year there after this year and I am going to be really, really sad when my youngest is in kindergarten and we won't attend this lovely school anymore. BEST. SCHOOL. EVER!!!!!!

I can't say enough about how great the admin staff and the teachers were with him. Every day he was always smiles, having fun outside and learning with others, and having a robust meal schedule that was always rotating. There was always someone up front to make sure you were allowed in and you're always greeted when coming in and exiting the building. We always felt very secure leaving our son in their care and being able to see the care the teachers also have for the children was very reassuring. We're currently going onto our 2nd daycare after leaving Primrose just trying to get into the same ballpark the care and environment that Primrose provided. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The administrative staff is very supportive and always jumps in for special needs. Our daughter had some tough time settling into the room with bigger kids after school and Ms. Meghan would keep her in her office until she became more confident. Ms. Moira and Ms. Taylor are always around with a smile. Our child's teachers in kindergarten Ms. Lisa and Ms. Tawana before her were hugely supportive. Ms. Lisa had a new project or activity every few weeks that kept our child and us hooked to what was happening in her class. Our child especially loved the 'Goddard bucks' program that taught her so much about being patient and financial management early on. And over the last few months, as a class, they read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and The Adventures of Edward Tulane, all of which made for engaging dinner conversations. When you come here you are going to see many different types of people from different places and walks of life. It is pretty amazing if you ask me. If you only like to frequent places where people are white, maybe try working out under that rock you came out of. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have daycare services for free while you are working out. They have "Parents Night Out" nights once a month too I think. The classes are well organized and fun. My children have participated in swim lessons, dance and ballet lessons, and Tae Kwon Do. All of them are amazing and my children had fun while learning something new. Swim lessons are by far the most effective than others in the area. My children took lessons elsewhere for months and were only able to achieve floating. They took a few lessons here and were already seeing progress. They have a large pool, a sauna, a hot tub, and a steam room! It is nice to be able to sit and relax a little after my workout before picking up my kids from the child-care center. They also have open swim hours in the morning and evening which is nice for our hectic schedule. Overall, this is an amazing place, and extremely affordable for the entire family. Highly recommend.

They are always going over and above to make sure everyone feels welcomed. You can tell that they all love what they are doing. I love that it isn't a huge facility with many classrooms all going on at once. There is only one class in session at at time. The backyard is amazing with a beautiful walking trail. The children go outside every day. The children are learning through play. the teachers are very experienced with helping foster a child's learning while they are playing. You will not see a worksheet here. You will not see a teacher drilling your child. You will see children learning by doing experiments, cooking, building blocks, playing board games, putting on a puppet show, pouring water into containers, creating meaningful art, etc. I highly recommend Hobson to everyone. It is truly the best first school for your child.
