I called on several occasions to check on the status of our order. When the tile was finally installed the edging for tile was missing although it was clearly part of our order. Since we are sunbirds we had to leave before our project was finished. I would recommend that customers using The Tile Store pick up their order themselves if possible and make certain the order is complete.This would also give the customer the option to use a contractor who is not affiliated with The Tile Store.

He is licensed, insured, professional, responsive and punctual! We had water damage to our floors so I reached out to Dave and he immediately replied and later came by to look at the damage. He determined a section of our floor would need to be replaced and mildew was developing below the floor boards. That evening he sent us an estimate for replacing the floors in the living room and the next day he came out and removed the section of the floor with the water damage, thus removing the mold and allowing the remaining floor to dry. He brought floor samples so we could pick a pattern we liked. We schedule the installation and he and his team arrived as scheduled and left the house looking great.
