She slept with a trash can in her bed. I called about 5 companies because rain was still anticipated but most could not see me for a while. Meanwhile Compass Roofing pulled into the driveway with 2 workers who took pictures and issued a report. We waited for a quote and meanwhile the 2 wonderful workers fixed the problem. I spoke with Dakota today and he emailed me a very good price with a report. So, I really appreciated the First Responders, Compass Roofing. Thank you again.

His disregard for my overpaid roof is causing me a lot of trouble now. To those of you that gave Francis and his company five stars... just wait, you'll see. I appreciated that they had a separate team dedicated to inspecting the completed work to ensure quality. Another thing I liked was the five-year warranty they provided on the job. They will return for touch-ups if needed, which gave me peace of mind. They used top-of-the-line Sherwin-Williams paint and took no shortcuts. I'm not in construction, but am a better contractor than he is!! The price quoted seemed reasonable but the responsiveness and service provided was atrocious! I realize there is lead time in ordering materials, but had I not continued to hound Marlon I don't think the job would have ever happened! When the job did occur, it was all screwed up! We were getting replacement French Doors installed. First of all, we had to provide final payment before Marlon would allow his guys to even start the job. The check I gave Marlon was cashed before the guys were even done. We both work from home, so I guess we should've supervised the job, but we were paying for the job so we shouldn't have to supervise it, right? Well, the guys leave and then we check out the doors to find out they were installed backwards. Swing-out doors with internal blinds were installed as swing-in doors so the blind controls ended up on the outside of the house! After about three weeks of hounding, Marlon, he finally sent his guys back out to check it out. Did they fix the doors? NO!! They continued to insist that they were installed correctly and left. I ended up having to hire somebody else to turn the doors around and pay them to do it so now the reasonable quote was no longer reasonable! I told Marlon about it, and he promised he would repay me for the door re-install. After 2 months of asking and reminding him he never did so here is his review. Never ever hire Tricolor Flooring or you may end up with Marlon and you will regret it.

Like many people in the area I suffered roof damage from Hurricane Milton and was in desperate need of a repair. I can't say enough good things about Robert and his company. From the very first contact he was incredibly fast to reply and easy to communicate with. I'm not the most handy person and appreciated how he took the time to walk me through the process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, so I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. His crew was just as professional and respectful. They worked efficiently and left my property clean and tidy at completion. The results were honestly better than I expected, and completed right on schedule. What really stood out is how true to his word he was. I cannot recommend PSLD Roofing based on my experience…read more Our contract was signed in March/April 2026, with the project scheduled to begin in May. The project did not start until June 5, 2026, and Pierre R., my original sales contact and assigned project manager, later stated that PSLD marked the roof as "completed" in July. The project involved multiple crews, delays, damage to the aluminum roof structure, and ongoing concerns with workmanship and quality control. The job site was repeatedly left with nails, screws, metal scraps, wood, and other debris despite repeated requests for cleanup. Although PSLD considers the roof complete, I do not believe the finished product reflects the level of workmanship or professional finish that was promised or contracted. My concerns extend beyond appearance to the overall quality of the installation. When I attempted to escalate my concerns, I was told there was no one else at PSLD I could speak with. Pierre stated he was not the owner and did not know who the owner was. I was also not provided with a clear company contact or process for administering the 12-year warranty if he were no longer with the company. Pierre also offered to reimburse his 8% commission on the project as a goodwill gesture. However, as of the date of this review, I have not yet received the reimbursement. While Pierre repeatedly stated he would "fix it" and "make it right," my experience was that the project lacked the oversight, quality control, and resolution I expected from a professional roofing company. A roofing project is a significant investment. Based on the workmanship concerns, project management issues, communication challenges, and lack of a clear escalation process, I would not recommend PSLD Roofing to my friends or family.

He got Alex and another great worker to our home within a couple of hours, fixed up what needed to in order to stop that leak, and it gave us the peace of mind that we could leave town without our home being damaged. The guys found the source of the problem and pointed out some other problematic areas where we might need assistance in the future. Our house sitter found a new area of water coming in, we called Frank, and he sent a team out to take care of THAT leak while we were gone. We are so grateful for great customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work.
