Gracie's was cute! We came here for brunch on the second day or our trip. We were happy to see they served alcohol even on a Sunday. We had mimosas and each got a breakfast item. It was good - nothing crazy. Our server was really sweet and attentive. Good brunch pick if you need something quick!

Decent prices. A lot of food options. We stopped here for dinner just because we were in the area. It was open seating. Our server was nice. The food was good overall there were a couple of issues. The brussel sprouts came out pretty room temp to cold and felt like they had been sitting for a while. Also the mashed potatoes served with the piccata were visibly gritty, as if they were made from powdered potatoes and not mixed properly. The piccata itself was really good though.

If you're craving a chill vibe, hot music, and a fun outdoor patio and bar, you found it! The service was good, friendly staff and tasty food. I loved the blackened salmon sandwich and had way too many Painkiller drinks! They went down smooth, with a side of tearing up the dance floor! Live music is such a vibe, great band! We danced and drank the night away! Fun girls night! We'll be back!

ate here around this time last year...hint...it was better...this time 10/8/2025. Ambiance/Cleanliness-Clean enough. The vibe is neighborhood pub/sports bar. The bar area is beautiful....4 stars Service-they do a decent job. 3 stars. Food. Came in asround 2 pm..had the Rueben. they meat was way underflavored and it was skimpy. Came back at night, had the proscuitto flatbread. It was limp and doughy...crust undercooked. 3 stars

I had no idea the nachos at Gracie's were so delicious! Wow! We came right at opening, thinking we were going to get brunch but we ended up getting their delicious nachos instead. We also got a bottle of champagne for mimosas. What a way to start the first meal of the day - mimosas and nachos! The nachos were delicious and so filling between the two of us. Piled high with veggies and layers of cheese and beans and jalapeños. The champagne they used for mimosas was delicious, but our orange juice was really watered down. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the server we had was lovely. Lots of people came in for the Utes game - it's a great sports bar to watch the games and they even had a separate room that seemed to be rented out for fans of one of the college games that was playing. I've only ever been here at night so it was fun to experience it in the morning for brunch!

Food Quality: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Gracie's is first and foremost, a bar with decent drinks at reasonable prices. Their food, however, was much left to be desired. A bunch of girls and I came for Trivia night and it was overall, a pretty good night. I split a garlic burger and salad with my sister and I can't say it was something I recommend to order. The burger didn't have any garlic or salt flavorings and the sweet potato French fries were soggy and undercooked. The salad came with butter (which I'm guess was for a roll that we didn't have) and was soggy by the time it was served to us. Others on our table ordered the jackfruit tacos, chicken salad and the flatbread, all with bland taste. The staff were nice and welcoming and the bar was clean, but I probably won't be back for the food.

Trivia: What is the name for an establishment that serves good food and high quality alcoholic beverages? The ambiance is the win here: Lots of cool outdoor seating with trees that provide a delightful reprieve from the busy traffic so close by. And, I suspect, provide a slight cooling effect. Good selection of beers, including local ones from Fisher Brewing. Food left a little to be desired. A little bland. And while service was good at first, they disappeared after taking our order and didn't reappear until we were done with our food.

This is the espresso martini - enough said. They put the little espresso shots from the containers (like the creamer ones you get with hot coffee at a diner), and then just a shot it was actually sad.

Gracie's was recommended a hotel concierge. On arrival it's a typical pub look. Upon entering the business we were greeted. We chose to sit at the bar. The business is a typical bar area with several TVs. We went early so the ambiance was slow but nice. I chose to have the Reuben sandwich and my friend had the Bison Burger. The Reuben was good. The corned beef was fried a little hard for my liking but I thought the flavors were good. The fries were good and crispy. The bison burger was juicy and not dried out. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable of the beers on tap and the food menu. Over all I enjoyed the visit and would come back to try the Bison Burger or the French Dip. When I travel I refuse to eat somewhere that I can eat when I am at home. So give this local place a try because I would come back again.

I want to start off that this place is always on and popping. Filled with people and overall great happy vibe. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Funny, kind, and just the perfect amount of chit chat. They didn't have woodford reserve but they suggested high west and it was absolutely perfect as a replacement for woodford. The live band was great and played some very relatable cover songs to my age group (40s). The food wasn't to die for but considering this is more of a bar / happy hour place it met my expectations. I had the chimichurri steak bites. It was recommended by staff over the medallions and I had no regrets. Definitely check this place out while in SLC.

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and exactly the right amount of present (if you know what I mean). I enjoyed the maitake on rice with cashew cream and it was delicious. The salty mushrooms were mellowed by the chewy rice. The cashew cream gave a nice variation in texture. I didn't leave a morsel behind. The harissa carrots were nice as well. They are cooked soft and have a moderate spice level that is again contrasted by the mild labneh and tahini base. I had to save the rolls with herb better for last. Oh. My. God. These were divine. I'm a sucker for bread of any kind but these are what the Hawaiian dinner rolls wish they could be. They are perfectly pillowy and the herb butter just elevates them. Do not miss these for more "sophisticated" fare. If I lived here, I would definitely come back. Everything was considered and well-executed. Bravo

Like many people, we were excited to dine at a restaurant led by a chef who has beaten Bobby Flay. We arrived for our 8:15 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly. Unfortunately, from that point on, the service became increasingly confusing. Our server seemed flustered from the beginning and even commented that she wanted to make sure everything was right for our experience. When ordering drinks, I asked for a root beer and was told they had one. A few minutes later I was informed they actually didn't and was given a Dr Pepper instead. No big deal--I didn't want to make an issue of it. The bigger problems started with the food service. There were three of us. Two ordered the filet, and one ordered the chicken. The first entrées brought to our table weren't ours at all and had to be taken away. When our actual meals arrived, they were still mixed up. I was served the chicken despite ordering the filet. The same thing happened with dessert. We ordered two Baked Alaskas and one Lemon Cake. Again, the desserts were delivered to the wrong people. These weren't major issues individually, but when they happen repeatedly throughout one meal, it takes away from what should have been an outstanding dining experience. Now for the positive... The kitchen absolutely delivered. The filet was cooked perfectly. The chicken was outstanding. Presentation was beautiful. The Baked Alaska was one of the best I've had. The food easily earns five stars. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience did not. To make matters worse, after I finished the Dr Pepper that I hadn't originally ordered, my glass sat empty for roughly 45 minutes. No refill was offered, and I eventually had to ask for another beverage while dessert was being served. One final observation... The receipt included an optional surcharge for the back-of-house staff. I understand it could be removed upon request, but I don't believe guests should be placed in the position of deciding how restaurant employees are compensated. Pay your team well, price the menu accordingly, and let guests simply enjoy their meal. Urban Hill has one of the most talented kitchens I've experienced in quite some time. If the service can reach the same level as the food, this restaurant would easily deserve five stars.

However, additional details create a loving connection - it's off-Broadway central location, the copper-paneled ceiling that mimics warm conversations in varied spaces (cocktail, chef's counter, expandable tables for groups, and outdoor), fresh, locally-sourced ingredients with service to match. It's the place where I had my first glass of Turley Zinfandel (education alongside), and the place I will always return for my favorite Wagyu Beef Stroganoff (a comfort from home, but upscale). This one delivered with large, firm, expertly seasoned portobello & forest mushrooms over wide, freshly handmade pappardelle pasta that soaks up rich beef stock (a touch of black pepper) blended with crème fraîche. A generous portion of wagyu is tender and rich. PRO TIP: Mix then let it sit & marinade a minute - flavor pays in dividends. For dessert, a Valhrona Chocolate Pudding topped with whip cream and Maldon flake salt - exquisite, but expensive. The texture is comforting and delicious - olive oil adds a lingering finish with slight fruit.

I informed her that we had a reservation under my name, John, but she simply looked at her list, seemed annoyed, and told us to wait anyway. While we were waiting, we watched several parties of two arrive after us with reservations at 8:10, 8:15, and even 8:20, and they were seated before us. After waiting about 20 minutes, I went back to ask how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I reminded Carleigh that we had a reservation, and her response was, "Oh, you did?" She then asked for my full name and phone number, looked up the reservation, apologized, and immediately escorted us to a table that appeared to have been ready the entire time. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Reservations are made so guests don't have to wait behind people who arrive later. It felt like our reservation had been completely ignored until I spoke up a second time. Whether this was poor organization or a lack of attention, the level of service at the front desk was unacceptable. We came looking forward to a nice family dinner, but the experience started with unnecessary frustration and left a very poor first impression. I sincerely hope additional training is provided so this doesn't happen to other guests.

Honestly the cheese course was not my favorite. It was good cheese, but I didn't think the greens paired well with it so it really was just cheese, which I found a little disappointing. However the entrees more than made up for it. The pasta especially was absolutely delicious, the braised beef cheek was cooked so perfectly it melted in my mouth. Not to mention I ended up breaking out in hives at the start of the meal (unrelated to the food) and the staff was so kind. They quickly boxed our food and even brought me some Claritin to help tide me over. The food was piping hot when they boxed it and traveled beautifully, which was a bonus for sure. For brunch, my husband had the burger with a fried egg and I had their special of the day: chilaquiles. This might have been the best chilaquiles I've had in the valley. The pork was delicious, the poached egg was actually perfect, and the chips still kept their crunch which is usually my biggest gripe. I didn't try the burger, but my husband was raving about it.
