Gracie's was just across the street when we finished our incredible meal at Sushi by Bou in the Peery Hotel, so we stopped in for one more drink before making our way back to our hotel. Live music drew most of the customers to the courtyard, so we saddled up to the bar and knocked one back before joining the party, which sadly ended about 20 minutes later, but we still had a great time! Both staff and patrons were friendly, welcoming and engaging; drinks were reasonably priced; the food menu looked great (although we didn't order anything), and the whole place had a buzz of excitement and activity that made it feel like the place you wanted to be at night. Honestly, if I lived in SLC, Gracie's would easily be in my rotation of favorite drinking establishments. Very fun! read more

Teetering between a 3 and 4 star review. We were visiting from out of state very late at night and wanted to eat plus a round of drinks. For the month of June, Gracie's is packed with night after night live music, which for us was a DJ set on the first floor when we entered. Cover fee at door was $5 each, wasn't entirely bad but after ordering our food and drinks, it felt like we got priced on everything, even for fry sauce that the waitress offered. We had the spinach & artichoke dip, the garlic burger, and Shepard's pie, as well as two cocktails - Aperol spritz and a french 75. The French 75 was served in a glass full of ice, so it didn't really taste like the traditional cocktail so we ended up ordering different drinks. The s&a dip was good, nothing special. The garlic burger was juicy and very apparently garlic. The Shepard's pie came with a roll and butter, which the butter sat on the hot plate for too long and became complete liquid. The chili oil drizzle was nice but did not add the kick in spice we were hoping for, the mashed potatoes and gravy were pleasant however the meat part of that dish tasted so dense, it was difficult to finish. With the loud DJ set on the first floor, large groups of 22 year olds on the patio, and the food and drinks being alright, I feel like the idea of Gracie's is better than some nights actually there. read more

Gracies was OK. I stepped between the kitchen and the bar to ask where the rest rooms were. The worker said politely, its over there but I should go around. I was only two steps in that area. He said that I didnt belong there. The other problem I had was all the waitresses except mine would stop at their tables many times to see if everything was alright. I had to flag ours down to order then to get silverware then to get the check. I did notice she paid attention to tables that offered two possible tips. To top it off the card swiper made us give her an 18% tip. This was on Sept 27,2026 read more

Gracie's was cute! We came here for brunch on the second day or our trip. We were happy to see they served alcohol even on a Sunday. We had mimosas and each got a breakfast item. It was good - nothing crazy. Our server was really sweet and attentive. Good brunch pick if you need something quick! read more

Decent prices. A lot of food options. We stopped here for dinner just because we were in the area. It was open seating. Our server was nice. The food was good overall there were a couple of issues. The brussel sprouts came out pretty room temp to cold and felt like they had been sitting for a while. Also the mashed potatoes served with the piccata were visibly gritty, as if they were made from powdered potatoes and not mixed properly. The piccata itself was really good though. read more

Gracie's was the perfect way to ring in the New Year We stopped in on New Year's Eve and the vibe was on point -- live music playing, lots of energy, and a fun crowd without feeling chaotic. Even with it being a holiday, the service was impressively fast and genuinely friendly. You could tell the staff was hustling but still in great spirits. Our waitress was just lovely and just super attentive. The food came out quickly, which was much appreciated, and those fried raviolis deserve a special shoutout. Crispy on the outside, packed with flavor on the inside, and paired with a warm dipping sauce that has just the right little kick -- dangerously good. I also loved the Skinny hound cocktail -- super refreshing, grapefruit-forward, and best of all... not hard on the waistline! Great atmosphere, great service, and solid food even on one of the busiest nights of the year. Gracie's definitely delivered and we'll be back! read more

ate here around this time last year...hint...it was better...this time 10/8/2025. Ambiance/Cleanliness-Clean enough. The vibe is neighborhood pub/sports bar. The bar area is beautiful....4 stars Service-they do a decent job. 3 stars. Food. Came in asround 2 pm..had the Rueben. they meat was way underflavored and it was skimpy. Came back at night, had the proscuitto flatbread. It was limp and doughy...crust undercooked. 3 stars read more

I had no idea the nachos at Gracie's were so delicious! Wow! We came right at opening, thinking we were going to get brunch but we ended up getting their delicious nachos instead. We also got a bottle of champagne for mimosas. What a way to start the first meal of the day - mimosas and nachos! The nachos were delicious and so filling between the two of us. Piled high with veggies and layers of cheese and beans and jalapeños. The champagne they used for mimosas was delicious, but our orange juice was really watered down. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the server we had was lovely. Lots of people came in for the Utes game - it's a great sports bar to watch the games and they even had a separate room that seemed to be rented out for fans of one of the college games that was playing. I've only ever been here at night so it was fun to experience it in the morning for brunch! read more

Food Quality: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Gracie's is first and foremost, a bar with decent drinks at reasonable prices. Their food, however, was much left to be desired. A bunch of girls and I came for Trivia night and it was overall, a pretty good night. I split a garlic burger and salad with my sister and I can't say it was something I recommend to order. The burger didn't have any garlic or salt flavorings and the sweet potato French fries were soggy and undercooked. The salad came with butter (which I'm guess was for a roll that we didn't have) and was soggy by the time it was served to us. Others on our table ordered the jackfruit tacos, chicken salad and the flatbread, all with bland taste. The staff were nice and welcoming and the bar was clean, but I probably won't be back for the food. read more

Trivia: What is the name for an establishment that serves good food and high quality alcoholic beverages? The ambiance is the win here: Lots of cool outdoor seating with trees that provide a delightful reprieve from the busy traffic so close by. And, I suspect, provide a slight cooling effect. Good selection of beers, including local ones from Fisher Brewing. Food left a little to be desired. A little bland. And while service was good at first, they disappeared after taking our order and didn't reappear until we were done with our food. read more

Gracie's was recommended a hotel concierge. On arrival it's a typical pub look. Upon entering the business we were greeted. We chose to sit at the bar. The business is a typical bar area with several TVs. We went early so the ambiance was slow but nice. I chose to have the Reuben sandwich and my friend had the Bison Burger. The Reuben was good. The corned beef was fried a little hard for my liking but I thought the flavors were good. The fries were good and crispy. The bison burger was juicy and not dried out. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable of the beers on tap and the food menu. Over all I enjoyed the visit and would come back to try the Bison Burger or the French Dip. When I travel I refuse to eat somewhere that I can eat when I am at home. So give this local place a try because I would come back again. read more

I love the vibe & seating options in this spot! It is the perfect place for gameday and such a fun atmosphere! They have an outdoor patio and upper outside deck as well which I love. The food is pretty normal bar food. I wasn't blown away by anything but overall it was good. I didn't have the best experience with the service. No one ever came to wait on our table so we had to go up to the bar to order and ask for our check at the end. The bartender was very friendly though! read more

I want to start off that this place is always on and popping. Filled with people and overall great happy vibe. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Funny, kind, and just the perfect amount of chit chat. They didn't have woodford reserve but they suggested high west and it was absolutely perfect as a replacement for woodford. The live band was great and played some very relatable cover songs to my age group (40s). The food wasn't to die for but considering this is more of a bar / happy hour place it met my expectations. I had the chimichurri steak bites. It was recommended by staff over the medallions and I had no regrets. Definitely check this place out while in SLC. read more

Dropped by on a late Sunday evening. Nice appetizers for a snack and a local lager to wash it down. Laid back atmosphere. Waitress was nice and attentive. Popped in here to watch the Penn State game while visiting SLC - great community and had a whole room off to the right when you walk in set up just with PSU tvs. Server was great, some delay in getting a drink because of unclear stock from the bar. Pretty standard bar food - breakfast / brunch menu looked good but beyond that pretty much just one salad, burger, nachos, wings, etc. Overall the menu leaves something to be desired, but still a great spot to watch the lions play when in SLC! read more

We came here to try the brunch and maybe the chicken strips we'd heard good things about, but the experience didn't go as planned. After ordering drinks, we didn't hear from anyone again for what felt like 3-5 business days. We figured it was the brunch rush, and with only two people working, they must've been busy. It had a laid-back vibe with mostly guys watching sports on TV, keeping a bit of space between them at the bar--quiet enough to chat a little, but still some background noise. We waited, got our drinks from someone rushing past, and thought, "Okay, we'll get the next round and food when they come back." But they never did. We sat with empty glasses for 30 minutes before deciding to leave and try Squatters instead. Even then, it took 10 more minutes of waving to get the check, leaving us pretty frustrated. I did come back a few weeks later to give it another shot since so many people seem to love this place. I got a flatbread, but it was nothing remarkable. Unfortunately, that sour memory sticks with me, though I'd like to think it was just an off day for them. I'll keep trying cuz damn that was a DELICIOUS caprese bloody mary. read more

Went to this spot for a Griz/Bobcat games while traveling from Montana. Their were quiet a few fans there and the beer was cold, food was great, we even had breakfast there or brunch due to the time the game started and mine was super! If you don't know where to go in downtown SLC start here. Watching a game? (any game), they'll likely have it on (Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey - however Aussie rules football may not be available ;-) ...). Drinks? yep. A large assortment of the usual suspects along with some select high-end whiskys etc. Live music? check out their schedule on-line, I've been surprised at some of the quite good musicians playing on the patio. Horrible, horrible, horrible service tonight. I was so excited to have their wings. We ordered a pound of wings and fries... server was excellent. We saw our order go out to another couple... they accepted the order and did not complain. I mentioned this to the server... he apologized and went ahead and " rushed" in another order for us.... Well an hour had gone by and we did not receive our order... finally we were about to leave we got our order. Wings were not the right flavours we ordered and cold. Fries were not the right order also and were cold as ice. We were so disappointed as we love Gracie's when we visit Salt Lake City!! Although they ended up not charging us for the wings or fries we were charge for our drinks... and although not the server's fault we should not have been charged for anything tonight!! Beyond disappointed . Don't think I'll be back. read more

Checked out the Sunday Brunch for playoffs football. Typical Utah, grab a bar seat and start taking jacket off and such and instantly asked what we would like to drink and we say can we get a second ? So of course for the next 15 minutes the bartender avoids any and all eye contact and hides out on the other side of the bar. Drinking water is fun - lol. Anyways got drink and food orders in and they arrived without delay. French toast was really good, unfortunately my chicken fried chicken was just depressing. Dry, burnt up , helpless poultry. House potatoes were good. Kind of boring atmosphere and such so we left. Not sure about coming back. read more

I was a little hesitant to come here because it only had 3 stars, but this was one of the the closest places to my hotel so I figured I'd try it out. I'm glad I came! Sat at the bar inside, service was great and the food was even better! I ordered jalepeno poppers, they were the best ones I've ever had, hands down. Also ordered the wings. Food was great! We shared French onion soup and it was DELICIOUS. Ordered the chicken tenders to share as well because it came with red eye gravy... which is a southern thing I NEVER see on the menu. The gravy was great... but this southern girl will not call it red eye gravy haha. Also tried the mango habanero sauce and that stuff is HOT. On fire, HOT! I loved it but proceed with caution. Drinks were also great and we enjoyed trying some new shots off their menu! A solid four star experience - thanks for the good food and fun times. read more
