I have limited experience with martial arts, but I admire the high standards that the instructors keep with my 6 year-old. All of the teachers talk to students to discuss building self confidence, meeting expectations, and self discipline. I admire that the dojo's instructors are kind and work great with children individually and as a group. I often think to myself, "what a workout!" This is a serious place; "This is a black belt school!" However they know how to have fun with the kids and I was persuaded to participate in an adults vs kids dodgeball game at the end of class. My wife and I look forward to continued experiences here for our child and perhaps for ourselves! Shoutout to Mr. Bishop!
