If you want to be forced to attend expensive events, additional instruction, and to have your progress be dependent on attending and paying for these events, this is the place for you. The instructors are mostly still in high school, and those that are adults are not welcoming or kind at all. It is difficult to find time to ask questions when the coaches are busy laughing and joking with each other and their prized athletes. If you aren't going to tournaments or winning them medals, you are not on their radar. There are better, cheaper, more sport-oriented gyms in town to attend and I caution you before stepping in the door here. Whatever price they quote you will be increased after a month of attendance, this occurred for both myself and my son. Long story short, don't waste your time.
