I love OrangeTheory! This place has been my favorite part of my routine for the last few months…read more The coaches and staff here are super friendly. I love the community here. The classes are amazing. Such a good work out! I love the variety and the challenge that it brings. Can't say enough good things! It is expensive but something we value.

I can't recommend Orange Theory enough! The Columbia location is by far the best gym I've ever been…read moreto (though I might be a little biased since it's my home gym)! I work out there five days a week (though I'm 28 and generally healthy, so for some, that might be a lot--don't feel like you need to go that often). If you're looking for a workout that will leave you totally exhausted, this is the place. As a former college athlete, I needed something challenging that made the most of my time, and OTF has absolutely delivered. I sometimes struggle with staying motivated to work out on my own, but OTF has been a total game-changer. With a coach guiding you through every move and pushing you to give it your all, it's hard not to stay motivated. While group fitness gyms can be pricey, I truly believe there's no better investment than in your health. A plus is that your membership works at almost every OTF gym, so if you're traveling, you can still get a great workout in. You can always try your first class for free, but fair warning--once you give it a go, you might never want to leave!

I joined the Wilson's Rangeline location about six months ago, and so far it is one of the best…read moreexperiences I've had with a gym. The gym itself is spacious and has an updated feel. There are a variety of weight machines and different ways to work out. Most importantly, I have never waited for a cardio machine! This is huge in my book. There are usually a decent number of people in the free weights area, but not to the point of being overwhelming. Overall, the size of the gym and amount of equipment means you don't feel crowded or rushed when getting your workout on. Also, the hours are great: on weekdays the gym opens at 4am. There are a ton of classes that come free with your membership. Again, this is huge in my book. There are a few, like some yoga classes, that cost a bit more. The classes that are included range from cycling to bootcamp-style to pilates. There are multiple workout rooms, so the class schedule is pretty robust. I've tried a few and I have not been disappointed. As far as becoming a member, it was easy and fast to join and the membership desk is in a private office. Some gyms I've joined have you fill out paperwork and provide sensitive information right in the middle of the gym floor, so a private office was a nice change. My husband and I pay around $60 per month for two memberships, so this is not the cheapest option. For what you get with a membership - free classes, good hours, no waits - the cost is worth it in my opinion.

All of the instructors are excellent. we have gotten to know many people at the gym and everyone is friendly and helpful. The gym is kept clean and the equipment is always in good condition. I would recommend this gym for all skill levels. you won't be disappointed!
