Taken a few classes while back in town for the holidays and they've all been great! Challenging and varied, RER tests your strength and endurance with rowing machines but also incorporates weights and terra core (like a cross between a step and balance board) equipment for fun, interesting HIIT-style workouts. I love RHO Engine room! The coaches are very supportive and motivational. The main Burn workouts have everything you need-- strength, cardio and good stretching at the end. This is an absolutely incredible workout! The instructor/owner is amazing to work with and one of the most kind people out there! I hate working out. It always felt like a chore, plus if I hadn't done it for a while I was so sore and that kept me from returning. At Rho I don't feel like I'm working out.
