I've been going to Rho for almost 2 years now. I started as a supplement to PT after undergoing knee surgery. Two years later and it's still one of favorite workouts. Taken a few classes while back in town for the holidays and they've all been great! Challenging and varied, RER tests your strength and endurance with rowing machines but also incorporates weights and terra core (like a cross between a step and balance board) equipment for fun, interesting HIIT-style workouts. I love RHO Engine room! The coaches are very supportive and motivational. The main Burn workouts have everything you need-- strength, cardio and good stretching at the end. Best workout in Columbia - rowing is one of the best full-body workouts I have ever done, and I feel myself being pushed just a little more every time I go. This is an absolutely incredible workout! The instructor/owner is amazing to work with and one of the most kind people out there!
