She always encourages me to try something new, and beyond her services, she has become a good friend! Her hands are light, which is a great trait for someone working on your face for long periods of time. I've had my brows laminated and lashes lifted by her, but honestly, my ombre powder brows still get compliments almost 2 years after she did them. She's wonderful, and I fully trust her work.

I truly felt like a true princess after getting my makeup done. My makeup looked flawless in person and in photos, and lasted all day and night. It was 2am and my makeup looked untouched! My mom also had her makeup done, and let's just say she's extremely particular when it comes to someone doing her makeup. Despite this she loved how it turned out. She was so happy and couldn't stop talking about how her makeup looked. I am beyond grateful for her hard work and for being part of one of the most important days of my life. So for the biggest day of my life, I knew I had to book Sarah as my make up artist. She is so professional where she ensure that I knew exactly what I was getting when I contacted her. She broke down the pricing and let me decide what I wanted to do. Never once did I feel pressured to do something I didn't want. I booked Sarah to do my wedding of 7 ladies hair and make up. Prior to the wedding, she did a trial on me which allowed me to know what I would look like the day of. We even tried different hair styles which was such a nice touch. Days before the wedding she sent me a timeline so I was able to schedule everything accordingly which makes it easiest on the best and busiest day of our lives. On the day of the wedding. Sarah arrived promptlu with her team and got us looking our best on time and even included a touch up kit which really helps when she isn't around and I need some touching up! Overall, I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a professional awesome artist. On her facials, they are so lovely. She made my skin feel so soft and plump when my skin is always so darn dry. Ive done quite a few with her and always look and feel amazing after. But the best part of her facials are the massages. They are divine. She even has packages that I bought to make sure I take care of my skin months and weeks leading up to my wedding. I am a forever fan. Thank you Sarah & Bent Beauty!!!!

The wow factor I got from Sarah, was when she surprised me with my most recent facial! Due to my financial circumstances with finalizing wedding things, I thought I wasn't going to get a facial with Sarah. But she surprised me with the service and "treated me". If you hire Sarah she will most definitely take care of you!

She…read morewas scheduled to come to my home to do my daughter's hair for her First Communion, and at 3:45 AM the morning of the appointment, she canceled because a bride "needed her earlier." Instead, she offered to send an assistant I had never met or agreed to book with. What was most upsetting was not just the last-minute cancellation, but her complete lack of professionalism and empathy afterward. When I expressed how stressful and disappointing this was for such an important family milestone, she was unapologetic and responded that she "could have just canceled" entirely and "didn't understand" why I was "so upset." Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated incident but rather a pattern of behavior. Many reviewers describe similar issues with reliability, and several mention that even when she does show up, the quality of the work is subpar. This experience felt incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Reliability and communication matter, especially for once-in-a-lifetime events, and unfortunately this stylist showed neither.

In terms of skills, I would say shes pretty mediocre. Save your self money and stress and look elsewhere for a reliable makeup artist.
