I originally asked for a top injector during the scheduling appointment, they recommended Alex. I've done Botox for years. I decided to try something closer to my house. Im angry, I'm upset, and I'm shocked that this practice is still allowing her to Inject here. I will be taking legal action. You don't hire nurses that claim they're experienced and can't perform masseter Botox properly. She doesn't draw on the face either with the dots. I'm concerned the Botox might be even expired or diluted incorrectly. They claim they only use "BOTOX" brand. I did my forehead here as well. Terrible results. I want my $$ back. You can see my smile before.. to now. The only reason they continue to get away with this is because no one takes legal action .
