Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. That said, I'll continue coming to Princeton Dental because the overall experience remains the best in the area. And wherever Kelly is, I sincerely hope she's doing well.

Dr. Natasha and her staff were beyond excellent, professional, clean and very kid friendly! This was my daughters second time to the dentist (7 years old) post COVID and the first visit with another provider wasn't that great so she was scared going in and had a lot of questions! I was also able to join her in the back while she had her appointment. Ms. Melissa, the Dental Hygienist made her feel so comfortable and even complimented her and encouraged her through out the entire x-ray process, sensing that she was a bit uneasy. There were no tears and lots of smiles once she was done. After the routine X-rays we went to the cleaning room to do her routine cleaning and we got to meet Dr. Natasha Gates. She was so pleasant and let us know what was working and what we could improve on with her oral health also making sure my daughter understood her responsibility to her brushing and keeping a great smile. The whole process was a breeze and I definitely look forward to bringing my other little one here next (3 years old). In the new office, they have a gold coin to give to them where they can pick from several candy ball-like machines as a prize.
