From the moment we walked in the waiting area the office was so cute and more importantly clean! Ms. Shaughnessy got us checked in and was so sweet and professional. Ms. Mila brought us back and explained everything in detail to my husband and I. She prioritized making sure my daughter was comfortable and happy. Dr. Elle was such a breath of fresh air. She spent a lot of time with us asking questions and playing with our daughter before even trying to start the exam and cleaning. They have TVs for the patients to watch during their cleaning or procedures. The X-ray aprons have smiley faces on them - how cute is that? I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my son's recent orthodontic appointment. The…read morefirst wire placed on my son's teeth was incorrect, as confirmed by the orthodontist, and the hygienist had to remove it and put on a new wire. He was seated in the treatment chair for over an hour, and when we inquired about the extended duration, we were informed that his saliva was interfering with the procedure. Unfortunately, just one day after the appointment, the arch-wire has begun dislodging from the brackets in several areas due to what appears to be improper installation. My son has reported that the braces feel insecure and shift during eating, which is both uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, it is unacceptable that your practice is utilizing temporary staff to perform orthodontic work -- a highly specialized field -- when they clearly lack the proper training and expertise to do so competently. Orthodontic procedures require skilled, qualified professionals, and entrusting this work to under-trained temporary personnel puts patients at risk. The overall quality of the work performed was far below the standard of care we expect from a professional orthodontic practice. The brackets and wiring were not applied correctly, and the result reflects a lack of competence and oversight. We would like this matter addressed and corrected immediately.

This facility did not confirm our benefits before a service and we were charged $400 for cleanings since they called to say our secondary insurance didn't pay (which we don't have this year). The first insurance wouldn't pay for the cleaning because 6 months hadn't passed and they did not inform us of this at the time of service - my kids teeth are in great condition and they did not need another cleaning. Too bad my husband took them this day - otherwise I'd have refused service - why are you completing work that's not warranted anyway? Even though I have agreed to pay this bill, that due to their negligence, they had the nerve to send me a 30 days past due notice. I'd already agreed with these people that I would pay $10 each month until January when my HSA was funded and they AGREED to this plan. Stay away from these people unless you just like being over charged, over serviced and just want to throw money away. I contacted the owner to look into this and my call was not returned.
