Had a great experience at this dentist office. My son (8 yo) had a cleaning and 2 appointments for fillings over the course of a month. They were extremely hygienic, professional and kind. The staff explained every detail of what they were doing and asked both me and my son if we had any questions before starting. He had minimum discomfort during and after all procedures and said he liked them all very much. We will definitely be continuing our dental care at this office going forward. read more

First off, management is terrible!! Rude!! Condescending! She argues with her employees in front of patients and children(witnessed myself), no way professional. They make you wait hours! If my appt is at 8:30 and I come in at 8:30, yet we don't get seen until 4 hours later, when we as parents get restless, they tell us to leave and they do not even try to reschedule us. Yesterday, my wife took our three children for their cleaning. Their temperatures were checked prior to being checked in. My daughter (6 years old) was first told she had a temperature of 100. They checked again and said it was 99.2 and she couldn't be seen today, even though another technician thought the temperature was normal. Here's a little education in body temperature: children run anywhere from a 97.9 - 100.4 at any given time (look it up). There was nothing posted about temperature, only about symptoms related to covid (not temperature). SHE HAD NONE! Then they tell my wife that they can get her another appointment in about 2 months! Really!? On top of it all, the technician was so over the top about her temperature, that it upset my daughter to the point that she thought she actually thought she was sick! Who does that!? We told them that we will not be needing their services any longer. To which they showed not a care in the world about because it's just a dental factory. read more

It's definitely designed with kids in mind. It's welcoming and attractive for kids. They have a TV in the lounge but also one in the exam area. I say area because it's not rooms but rather a large area that's designed to look like a play area. There are 2 exam chairs but in the open and a TV for distraction I'm assuming. Once done, you get a coin to pick a prize from those coin turning vending machines. The staff I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. I didn't see Dr. Kim but another female doctor instead. She was polite and efficient. Her staff were professional and helpful as well. I've read the other reviews. I'll be sure to keep them in mind but my personal experience has been pleasant. read more

We brought our toddler in for her first real dental experience. I have to say the staff was very patient and worked well. My toddler is very difficult when it comes to teeth cleaning. They did their best to make sure all her teeth were clean and to make sure she had a positive experience. read more

It was our first time at the dentist and they made the experience VERY accommodating for my scared daughter. Even with all this craziness going on in the world they made sure she felt safe. Wonderful staff. They were able to fit my 19 month old in for a chipped tooth and were extremely cautious and clean.

The office was clean and had stuff to keep my daughter entertained while we waited. Everyone was very nice and knew how to keep my daughter engaged and calm. The appt took less than an hour, and they took care of us as efficiently as my dentist. read more

My daughter has been going to Dr. Kim for 8 years now and we absolutely love her! The entire staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They moved to a new office building a couple years ago and it's really really nice, always super clean as well. My daughter use to dread the dentist before going here, now she looks forward to going, even when she knows she has to get cavities filled in! Dr. Kim and the new doctor (forgot her name) and staff is great! They're always fast and efficient and make the kids feel comfortable.

We waited 2 hours, but no apology for the situation. But instead, said this is how it is, you want to do it or not! My kid had to do sleep anesthesia, so could not eat any, or could not go to school. Appointment was 1, but they called and said 11 is open so we can come early. But nothing has been start until 1. Kid are crying for hunger, but doctor saying this is always how it does. Every time I come, we always had to wait at least hour. Dr not kind and nice to kids. Disappoint. My kids become hate to go to dentist after visit this office. Not recommend at all!! read more

Confused about the bad reviews because I have been taking my son here since he turned two, and have had nothing but a great experience each time. He was a cryer and a screamer, but they were always very patient and kind. He does great at his appointments now, and it's because everyone is so nice and gentle with him. I'll be taking my younger son here, too, and am always recommending their office to other moms with kids in the area. read more

The atmosphere is kid friendly but the dentist is here to make money. Parents go with your gut. A cleaning would be safe. If they still have baby teeth I wouldn't get any other work done that they suggest, especially if they say they need to go to the children's hospital for anesthesia. My daughter was only 3 and I was naive to believe the work Dr. Kim recommended was necessary. Fix their diet and make sure they brush. read more

Dr. Kim is great with my kids. My younger son has had several cavities filled and could not feel a thing. Dr. Kim was also great at referring my older son to an orthodontist for a cross bite. We were able to correct his bite early to prevent future problems. read more

This place is terrible! For being a pediatric dentist they have no idea how to make it a positive experience for a first time 2 year old. Instead of giving him a toy to play with to distract him while they brushed his teeth they used it saying "you will be really sad when the kid next to you gets a toy and you don't." My kiddos absolutely love Dr Kim and her dental practice. I wish other practices mirrored what the type of environment they created. It's so welcoming and inviting. My 3 year old actually asks to go to the dentist. I'm so happy I found this practice. The hygienists are really friendly too. We loved this dentist until we were told on a visit that my older daughter at 6 had three cavities and needed two root canals. My younger we were told has four cavities and needed sedation to do it. This seemed extreme so we got a second and third opinion. We found this diagnosis to be an over exaggeration. The extractions were not even mentioned in the other diagnoses. Totally over- priced and willing to do so much to two little girls. read more

Dr. Kim and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! I have been taking my oldest here for almost 7 years. My youngest ones (2&3) are scared of new people and doctor office settings. They make it turn into memories we will forever cherish each visit. They are so good and caring. They will do anything to get through the whole process. The hygienists never change and will sing or dance whatever my babies need to help during the visit. It is a super clean place and like a small Disney world haha. They have the slide upfront while you wait and that's never long at all! We are always in and out. I would drive an hour to go to the dentist. I wish they did adults, lol. They all take time to answer any questions and offer tips throughout the whole visit. I tell all my family and friends come here. They don't try to sell anything just want to help the children. Like most things, everything is great at first, but after a while, familiarity seems to breed contempt on the part of the doctor and her staff. I highly recommend going somewhere else for two main reasons. First, and most importantly, she tortured my 6-year old daughter, working on her before anesthesia kicked in. My daughter was in severe pain and it scared the hell out of her. Secondly, my other daughter received a referral from Dr. Kim for extraction of wisdom teeth. The staff who gave us the referral lied and told me that the doctor we had to see was the only doctor in the area who could do this. We made the 45 minute drive to "Aesthetics International", no lie, that's the name of the place. We since found another dentist within 5 minutes of our house who could do the same work and better perhaps. He's great and I had forgotten that he had pulled a couple of my teeth years ago. Seriously? Aesthetics International? Do they do tires too? Everything in her office seems to be geared and directed also towards Asians, so what does that mean? read more

This is the worse pediatric dentist I have taken my kids for dentistry. The hygienist was very loud talking about my son's teeth in front of other parents. He felt very uncomfortable. Let's not talk about hippa she showed no privacy for his treatment. Very loud and rude the entire cleaning and she didn't do a good job with cleaning it was to fast.
