A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. They are now solid on my holiday gift list and the only people I will call for roof problems.

There was an issue with the job site not being as clean as I thought it should. After I questioned this, to my surprise because I didn't request it, someone came out immediately to clean-up. Then when Paul Robert's himself went out to speak to the neighbor, he ended up cursing her out and calling her a self entitled B**ch. That was a fun conversation and apology that he left me with...and I only found out when I got home from work and heard about it from the neighbor, not Paul. #3) He tried to screw me over on the final cost of project by promising a percentage discount for a google review at the start of the job; but then (either maliciously or because he doesnt understand basic math) tried to overcharge me by $700. #4) within 4 months from the roofing repair I had an issue where part of the roof blew off during light rain and he refused to cover it with his bogus warranty citing I go thorough home insurance. #5) several months later a second part of the roof started to fall off to the point a neighbor noticed and warned me it could potentially fall and hit someone on the sidewalk. Again, his warranty didn't cover it. When I contacted my insurance company, I requested an invoice from Paul to submit for coverage and he tried to tell me I was being dishonest and then dodged my phone calls.

First, they provided the wrong color - I asked for black and they brought dark brown and tried to convince me it was black. They ended up painting the door. Then the door would not properly close so they had to come back out to realign it. Then water seeped in when it rained because the door had not been properly sealed. And now finally the door is separating from the frame and is still not aligned. There is a draft and you can clearly feel the winter air coming through. Every time I request for someone to come out, I get a time frame that is rarely respected. As it stands I am still waiting for them to come out to seal and align the door. The door looks pretty, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Mind you this project cost me $4500 - does not at all seem worth it for all the trouble it has been.
