I tried to keep in contact through phone but no one ever answered anymore like the first few times. I moved further away from that area so I couldn't just come to the shop normally as I usually would. Excuse me, but you hours are clearly posted as 7-7 on Tuesday. When no other cars are being worked on, how can you not be able to change 2 tires within 2 hours? Apparently it's because the manager doesn't want to pay anyone after 5 to work on vehicles. Then why are you open for two hours after you don't have a mechanic? Maybe you should close your bay doors so that it doesn't look like you have a mechanic on the clock.

Had fuel pump replaced and had cooling system serviced charged over $1000. Fuel pump was wrong one…read more. Cooling system leaked ,didn't have leaks before. When I complained they said it was my fault. Never have I been blamed for paying $1000 and be worse off than I was. Finally found a descent mechanic that replaced all they did and found some problems they missed . He showed me proof of what they did wrong and what they missed. Cost me just over $700. Everything works now and I will never go back to Starks Automotive for repairs and I certainly won't even think about buying a car from them.
