Piss poor customer service. Really deserves 0 stars. I understand 5 PM is a little late, but keep in mind the location doesn't close until 7 PM. I arrive just before 5, to get two tires for the front of my care. At the time, there are no other vehicles being worked on period. It didn't even look like there was an actual mechanic or anything there, just a manager and a cashier-type person. When I asked for two tires to be installed, they informed me they wouldn't work on it today at all, and that I would have to leave it overnight and I could pick it up in the morning. Excuse me, but you hours are clearly posted as 7-7 on Tuesday. When no other cars are being worked on, how can you not be able to change 2 tires within 2 hours? Apparently it's because the manager doesn't want to pay anyone after 5 to work on vehicles. Then why are you open for two hours after you don't have a mechanic? Maybe you should close your bay doors so that it doesn't look like you have a mechanic on the clock. read more

if i were able i would leave zero starts since i can't get service after making a appt and waiting two weeks only to find out after waiting the only mechanic who can do it isn't in and they never showed courtesy and respect enough to reschedule me and call me to let me know i wouldn't get service and reschedule my appt! i have to plan and therefore be aware of any appts you make they don't keep them. read more

This location is absolute trash! If you want your car to run after being serviced DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE ON WILKINS ROAD IN JONESBORO. My husband took his F250 diesel in for a simple oil change. The inept technician drained his TRANSMISSION FLUID INSTEAD OF OIL because he obviously did not know how what he was doing. Unfortunately instead of accepting responsibility and making it right they told him nothing when he picked it up only to realize something was wrong because the truck acted like the transmission was going out as he was driving home. Took it to Ron's auto and diesel and they confirmed there was no transmission leak but it was out of transmission fluid. He would have saved over $400 had they been people of integrity and told us what had happened. They also reset all of his computer settings in the dash and somehow deleted the tune on it as well. Worst part is the management refused to accept any responsibility. This would be a great place to send someone you do not like because these guys are a bunch of clowns and are sure to disappoint. read more

NEVER AGAIN ! NEVER AGAIN ! Bought my car in to get BRAKES that's it BRAKES had a 12:00 appointment 5:18 they're getting me a rental to get home. The guy working on my car didn't put it back together right then broke a stud ugh ugh something so simple thought I was cashing. In on their brake special looks like it wasn't so much of a special after all but I am taking my car and have it inspected soon as I get it back 1st time any work has been done on it AND YOU WILL NOT GET OVER ON ME UPDATE Not a word from them this morning so I called stated be about 45 minutes should be done. I called back 2 hrs nope still wasn't ready so I left work, look what is going on with my car this is day two he the manager Chris going to say hasn't been two I said I was here yesterday at 12:00 it's 2:00 now and now your stain about another 30-45 minutes ok if y'all can't fix it just say so I have my veteran mechanic on it hell should've been on it yesterday. Finally got my car back today around 2:30 then he wanted to tell me about a recall having to do with brakes and we fixed that to yea I just bet youdid probably had to since you screwed up everything dealing with brakes WOUL'NT LET ME POST WITHOUT AT LEAST CHOOSING ONE STAR REALLY DON'T DESERVE IT ! read more

Dropped my car off at 8 for an oil change and returned to pick it up at 5 and they haven't even touched my car, said it must have been passed over, whatever that means. They didn't even call me, terrible customer service. I've done business with them for a long time but that is about to change, I would advise you to take your car anywhere else but them. read more

I like the service @ the Jonesboro Arkansas store except when a mechanic swaps out fuses or moves a fuse to make ppl think their ac is out!

Easily the worst oil change store I've been to. Came in to drop the car off during lunch (12:30pm) they told me it would take three hours to do the oil change (presumably because other vehicles were taking priority which is fair enough). Came to pick the car up after work at 4:30pm and they just started draining the oil. Told me it would take another 20-30 minutes but they would give me a call. Came back at 5 and they said that they couldn't locate a filter so they were having one delivered (bear in mind they already drained the oil) got the car back at 5:40pm with no other vehicles being worked on for at least the hour prior. read more
