It included vegan cheese on toast, vegan sausages, a slice of sun-dried tomato, roasted beets on top of potatoes, and oats with strawberries and bananas. Elements of the dish were both a hit and a miss. As a non-vegan, the individual components were very good attempts at replicating the real thing. First, the cheese had the right texture. It had a very light and subtle flavor that I enjoyed. The vegan sausages were too dry on the inside. The beets and potatoes were particularly good, but I'm a bit biased as I enjoy beets in general. The oats in soy milk was tasty. There was a subtle sweetness to it. Overall, the food was good and a good value for €13.
