Service is horrible. We have been with this company for ten years using the stand alone GPS unit. But when we decided to go with the camera system the wheels fell off the buss. It's always a problem with their system. I have two years left on a grueling three year contract. As soon as our contract is up we will move to another company. BTW the manufacture of the camera has their own company that does the same thing. We will most likely bypass the middleman (GPS Insight) and go directly to the camera manufacturer Netradyne out of San Diego, CA. We have fourteen vehicles using their crappy system. It's so bad that their gps system malfunctions and ends up shutting off your headlights while driving at night. This malfunction almost caused a fatal accident. read more

Would I ever recommend this business? NO. Customer service the worst! I had multiple devices over the years. You can never get anybody on the phone, nobody will call you back. If you get tech support they will forward your message to the correct department but they won't call you back. I had two companies one used GPS insight. The other company I used another tracking company. GPS insight was the only one always had problems. One time GPS insight offered a customer appreciation day event which I signed up for then they canceled me but still had the event for other customers. I thought by signing up, guaranteed me a place. I was wrong complained and threatened to remove all of my devices. I got an half apology from them. Later someone left a bad review on my company profile. I did some digging and it was a GPS insight employee. Same person who offered a half A** apology. The bad review was removed after threatening to get an attorney involved this could have damaged my company's reputation. After years of heartache with this company. I sold my business 6 months later they start charging my credit card and the guy to bought my business? Now again. Cannot get anyone on the phone cannot get anyone to return my call. Save yourself the same headache and use another company. A good friend of mine who owned several fleet vehicles had 30 plus unit left same reasons, Poor customer service. I just wanted to leave a review for GPS insight because I have had the BEST experience with GPS insight. My Rep was Lindsey and she was the ABSOLUTE BEST. We had to install our GPS devices up late at night because our guys come in around 8pm. She gave me her cell phone number and talked me through all the installation and software installation late at night on her cell phone! She inputted all 300 of our clients addressed on our gps landmark tools, and never, ever hesitated to help me when I needed it. I am so glad that I set up our GPS with GPS insight and I am so glad that my rep was Lindsey. She was the best!! Thank you so much for making this process perfect and affordable!
