I read all the reviews and was impressed with how many dogs he had trained. Different breeds and ages. I texted him and he provided me all the information and we confirmed a date. I saw a promotional price for Temple City, but since I am at another city, it is a different price. I did text him a day before our appointment to remind him just in case, per our agreement. My puppy is getting the "DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING: Commands and Problem Behaviors, pulling on leash, dumpster diving, counter surfing, mild barking, potty training, jumping, digging, chewing, nipping, not listening. NOT FOR DOGS WITH AGGRESSION or FEAR!" A total of 5 sessions, once a week, 55 minutes per sessions. This training is done at my place and indoor. By the end of his training, he learned 18 commands in 5 weeks! Please note that it also depends on your effort and if you're training your dog daily with what was taught. Mike is great with our puppy! Turns out he owns the same breed as me. From my perspective, he trained my husband, me and my puppy altogether. If you're doing something wrong, he would tell you. He is patient, always on time, and so kind to my puppy. I especially love the graduation ceremony. I was holding in my tears. Overall, we are very happy with Mike and the result.

They were both great. My cat looks so good. Jessica takes great care in her cuts and everything is even. Not like some shops that the cut is uneven or shaved down to the skin. The last time I was 1/2 hour late for my appointment because we had to drop off the dog at the vets on the way because he was very old and sick. They said they only had time to do a bath that day and I would have to bring her back the following day for the cut. When we returned to pick up the cat, she was bathed and cut. Jessica had learned that we had to put the dog down and she worked a miracle to get my cat done that day so I would not have to come back the next day.
