I called the number and was told someone would call me back. That was 2 days ago! I am not sure what happened to RLJ after Dr. Dylan left, but this is not the level of communication I became accustomed to over the past 9 years. Again, the communication from this office is very poor. I got a reschedule message hours before my appointment, after already using PTO. As a patient, I am charged a fee for a late cancelation, yet this office waits until the last minute to reschedule. There is no consideration or respect for the patient's time. Communication is almost non-existent. Customer service is not a high priority. I am very disappointed with the way this practice has gone downhill. Next time you ask someone to call the office to discuss an issue, make the effort to call them back when they do call.

It was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked it. Everyone was extremely professional. One of the main reasons I hate the dentist is the judgement for not taking care of your teeth. This is a completely judgement free dentist. They do give it to you straight Tell you how to correct it, but don't make you feel bad for it. They were quick and courteous the entire time. The cleaning process was great and you get a free goodie bag to take care of your teeth at home.
