From the start Jessica from Vinwood was the most responsive of any caterer we contacted. She was very professional and easy to work with. As the wedding date approached we also worked with Gary who was great to work with and was a wonderful day of the wedding manager. He took the worry out of anything before it became a concern. They were both awesome to work with. The entire staff at the wedding were great. The chefs, waiters and waitresses as well as the bus boys and clean up crew to the bartenders were all professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The food, what can I say about the food...The kids wanted a bbq and Vinwood offers various buffet themed events. We went with the Western BBQ which included salad, bread, steak tips, ribs, sausage, chicken, corn and potato salad. All were excellent and our guests were raving about the food. There was something for everyone which was great. Prices for the buffet were very reasonable and lower than some that we looked into. All in all we expected great food with professional service and Vinwood delivered. We are very glad we went with them, they made the wedding very special.

BUT--they were Extremely Stingy with the chowder, cole slaw and the number of shrimp in the shrimp cocktail. Honestly, for $90/per person one would think they could offer more than a thimbleful of cole slaw and 4 small shrimp for the shrimp cocktail. Cabbage is so cheap it's almost free! Put out a few platters of cole slaw, potato salad & maybe some rolls so that people can endure the long wait for the entree. I'll be back to the restaurant itself but I wouldn't hire them to do an event because their timing is poor and you feel as though everything is being rationed (I had enough of that feelng while waiting for TP during the lockdown!)
