Bobby got back to me soon after and said he could come by on Wednesday. He was honest and upfront about the pricing which is always good to know. He called me about 20 minutes out and he was here on time. When he got here I asked him to change out all 3 valves underneath my sink and he said that wouldn't be a problem. They changed out the valves and hooked up the water line in no time ~90 minutes, not long at all. I had some other questions about a banging in my pipes. He checked the water pressure in the pipes and said that was fine. So he said the issue is that one of the hot water pipes isn't properly secured and that it's not worth ripping up walls to lower the pressure just a little bit. And that I should just close my faucet gently and it should be fine. I would highly recommend using them. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling them.

We agreed on one model of boiler and when I came home he had installed another. The model was almost comparable to the one we agreed upon but I know he put it in because it is about $200 to $300 cheaper, a savings he didn't pass on to me. He claimed the zone control valves cost $150 each and I verified after they were installed that they cost about $75 each, a 100% mark up? Overall price was a little higher than he said it would be after which he claimed was due to the high cost of the zone valves? In addition he had to come back the next day to correct the wiring of the zones. I understand mistakes can be made. At least he came back since I had already paid him. Both times I've used him he performed the work fast which is a plus and he acts polite.

Pricing is very…read morefair, the team is really efficient, very easy to talk to and best of all, they treat your house the way you would. His wife is often with him helping and she does clean up or runs to the van to get him tools or provides that extra set of hands sometimes needed, which lets him focus on fixing it faster than others could. When Brian fixes anything, you can count on it not breaking again and you will gladly have him back to do the next project. Recently we had a small leak in an outside wall that had likely been there for years but showed no signs. Brian diagnosed where the problem was quickly and that we needed a carpenter on the project also. He made a call and that same day I spoke to Matt Turner (also awesome!). We had to pull off the siding and go through the outside wall to get to this leak. David Plumbing made sure that Matt knew my expectations and was on site even after he did the plumbing to watch the Carpentry. Matt didn't need supervision and was extremely good, but Brian knew how important this was to me, so they stuck around a bit. Which I appreciated. When such a tiny drip turns into such a big project, it is reassuring to know people care about your home. David Plumbing are good people who do a GREAT job and take ownership in what they do. You will not find this level of commitment from any of the other larger Plumbing businesses. I made that mistake too many times before discovering David Plumbing & Heating. I, like many people, really don't like doing Google reviews. I will only do so when people exceed my expectations or really disappoint me. Brian at David Plumbing earned this review!

I had John do a number of things at my home for which I was very pleased. My friend was correct in his recommendation. We scheduled the appointments and John told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. On the rare occasion that he was running late for an appointment, he called to let me know of the delay and when he expected to arrive. After the work was completed, the only way you would know that he had been in my home is that the plumbing worked correctly - no mess, no clean-up for me. As you can see from my rating of John, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a competent, personable plumber.
