Hello first off I am a regular repeat customer who comes in about 8 times a day To a local circkle…read morek. I come in with my children and wife. But on 9-20-25 at around 1030-1100 I went to the local circle k and sat outside for a sec. Typically security is only at night there. I didn't expect a security to be there this early. While sitting this female security walks up to me and says to get the fuck up and leave. I said ok? You don't have to be a bitch about it. Which mind you I rarely swear but she was immediately disrespectful. Now I was going to leave but then remembered I needed to buy something. She made me flustered because I didn't expect this encounter. So I turn around and start walking towards the entrance of circle k. While opening the door I heard her say something I stopped I turned around and I asked excuse me and she said she was talking to the customer behind her I then proceeded to walk inside when I stood there in line I heard the door open I turn around and I see the female security guard grabbing me and yanking me towards the entrance door. And while I'm explaining to her what are you doing what's going on she pulls out her pepper spray and start to pepper spray me. I asked her to stop that I needed to grab my board because I sat my skateboard on the outside of the door before walking inside and she just continuously spraying me after I was asking her to please stop. After I grabbed my skateboard i left. I went down the road to a friend's house to clean myself up. I came back to finish my purchase. I got in line and the security guard walks up next to me and starts to take pictures of me while I'm at the counter. she starts to make me flustered again telling me that she denied me service earlier and that was the reason why she pulled me out because I was being disrespectful to her outside. so right there's two reasons on why she put her hands on me first because she denied me service, second because I was apparently being disrespectful to her. Being a security guard in her position she should be able to deescalate a situation especially a verbal situation not escalate into something else. While I was standing there and she was speaking to me I told her that she had no right to do what she did. I started to explain to the customers behind me that she pepper sprayed me and threw me out with no cause no physical altercation was occurring. the customer behind explained that nowadays you can call up a police officer b**** for no reason and they'll be able to deescalate the situation there's no need to further it into a physical state just because of verbal words but a security guard also should be professional on how to escort or kick somebody off property the way she approached me and told me to get the f*** out of here just wasn't right. I ended up leaving I went home and I told my wife my wife ended up coming back to the store to get information on where the security guard worked. after the second time I went in, on my way to the house I seen her flee the store which was about 20 minutes after it happened and I've already explained that I was calling the cops and she decided to flee. The name of the company is Black eagle security. she explained that she is able to use Force because it's part of her job. so she had three reasons on why she put her hands on me. This was very uncalled for. two days my head and my neck were severely sore because of the pepper spray. She ruined my clothing. it's just very unnecessary how it all happened. I sat outside of the store waiting for the police to show up. the police showed up they watched the video and they explained to me if I wanted to further pressing charges and going to court. the video was word for word on what I said and I am pursuing charges against her. It was a female security guard who works for your company. investigations are in way. So far only through circkle k. Don't let your company use this security company because they will only bring you into there legal troubles. They need better training as well. It's been a week I called 3 times and have left messages and no call back unprofessional!
