I love coming to this comic shop. Ben is very passionate about the products he sells. There is a wide range of comics and collectables. If you're unsure of what you want to read, try some of the staff picks. They'll also pull comics and set them aside for you.

Stopped by Gotham City Limit just to take a look around and was pleasantly surprised at how much they had to offer. Gotham City Limit does sell comics but they are more than just a comic book store. Inside there are also action figures, toys, games, movie/comic collectibles, statues, figurines and more. In addition to comics they also have a section of Hardcovers and Omnibus. You have the option to order or reserve items at the store or online at https://www.gothamcitylimit.com and pick up. If you are on the hunt for that certain comic, collectible, etc, stop by Gotham City Limit and if they don't have it, they may be able to get it for you.

Very nice set up! Took the crew here for their first visit on Halloween Comicfest day. Took advantage of the free comics as well as some of the merch and comics discounts for today. The open layout of the space was really nice and anti-claustrophobic. The owner was super friendly and enthusiastically welcoming to all patrons.

Ever look back and say to yourself...I wish I had that toy, but it was hard to find back then (or sold out)? Do you collect a certain set of toys and/or action figures from movies, cartoons, games, etc. of days gone by? How about a comic book? Hard to find older games? If you have ever asked yourself any of these questions in addition to many more questions...look here! There is a pretty good chance they have it, or can keep an eye out for you and get it. When you walk into this place you will be overwhelmed with what they have in such a small space...it is amazing! It definitely takes you down memory lane. Give it a try...they may just have that special something you've been looking for...or something you didn't know you wanted or needed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and they take trades, but must be approved. There is plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of. Note: been trying for a week to post a cool video of an older Darth Vader toy available there. Hopefully one will be uploaded soon. I'll keep trying!

Really loved experience we had at house of collectibles. The owner, older gentleman named Mr…read more French., could not have been nicer and more helpful. And he has a few stories to tell. His son came in at one point and helped us with the purchase of some albums. They have albums that are open and albums that are sealed, and they have a lot of genres of music to choose from. I ended up buying a Pink Floyd album that I had been trying to locate and it was sealed. I didn't want to open it because that would decrease the value so I called back to see if they had an open copy which they did so I went back the next day and bought it. I don't know I could really explain everything that's in the store. Their books, paperback and hardback. But more than that, they have first edition, signed books by the author and kids books as well. You know what else they have? They have albums, but I already mentioned that. But what I didn't mention was I have three or four rooms of albums. They're on the floor. They're in boxes. They're on racks. So if you're looking for certain music, make sure that you leave yourself enough time to look.. They also have comic books. And trade paperbacks. And graphic novels. They have baseball cards. They have garbage pail cards. They have collectibles, figures, Star Wars, stuff. Yes, lots and lots of stuff . Thoroughly enjoyed shopping here and meeting Mr. French and talking to his son. I know this may not be everybody's jam, but for me I really enjoyed spending time browsing looking and yes, buying.

Owner Jack Tolzmann has made it fully a comic book store now, devoting space that used to be shelves of used books to more graphic novels and collectibles. There's a selection of kid-friendly comic books at the back right corner and teen graphic novels to your right when you enter. New releases go up on the wall every Wednesday. I've been hunting MAD Magazines for the longest online doesn't help with people setting outrageous prices for them, once I collected my comics I asked the cashier if he had any MAD Magazines and once he said yes it was like the heaven sound I immediately left majority of the ones I had before and went through that box with an urge lol I found so many and took almost half since he had them for the best prices I didn't get the chance to get his name but the cashier knew his stuff me just browsing around and overhearing his conversation with someone else and him knowing so much about regardless of the topic I most certainly and definitely will be returning here no doubt it best service by far. Highly recommend
