This was my first time in here, and I brought some comics and Funko Pops to sell. The man at the counter was super sweet and helpful, since I didn't know much about my items. He went through all my items with me there and scanned them in his app to check the values and product demand. It was cool to see certain high-value items. He asked if I had a price in mind, and I let him know I wasn't familiar with my items to know. He gave me a number that I think was reasonable, and he cut me a check. I liked the selection and the prices seemed fair to me. Dropped some comics off to be pressed and graded, waiting for them to come back. Some of the other reviews say the owner is rude but I think he is just from the north east. He is funny. ‍I like him and I'm a pretty sensitive person. He will definitely be willing to tell you if comics you are selling aren't worth it but that's not rude that's just honest. read more

This store is only about 4 or 5 months old but it has some great product in it. The owner listens, haggles, and is a very kind person. He's very patient and I say that because I was haggling with him for a Spawn figure for almost thirty minutes and I ended up not buying it and I felt bad about it. He has wonderful prices, on the lower end of the spectrum. Example: He has a Master Collection of mini Star Wars figures like AT-AT's and a bunch of ships for $40 while another place I saw had it for $65. Shop here, you won't regret it. read more

This is a great comic shop! The owner is really nice and helpful and he has so many fair priced back issues and is willing to help you find what you're looking for! Cosmic Comics reminds me of shops from when I was a kid where you could just go in and search through long boxes for hours and come out with the issues you needed to fill holes in one of your super long runs like Batman or Spider-man or X-men or something like those. While the store is not focused on new releases, there is still a new release wall with major titles on it...this is really a shop where you want to go in search of back issues! read more

Great to have a store in Mandarin again! It's brand new so Bob (owner/proprietor) is still settling in but he has a great set up with lots of cool older comics, new comics and awesome toys to look at and buy. Small t-shirt selection but the prices are great! He offers subscription service so come set up a pull. Bob is a very nice, conversational guy who is both knowledgeable and accessible. Definitely check out this new gem of a shop in Mandarin especially if you are from the area. There aren't a lot of convenient comic shops to this area... this place is an oasis in a dessert of boring. :D read more

This place is awesome of you are a collector. If you want just new books then you can get some here but go to the other shops but if you want a great selection of silver age and up then this is the spot. I didn't buy anything but that's because I couldn't decide. The prices are great. I will return for the comics I want. I live in riverside and will pass on my local shop for this place. read more

The owner, Bobby, is not friendly and is in way over his head when it comes to customer service. He doesn't know how to treat customers and he calls them names when they give him less-than-favorable Yelp reviews. What a "POS". I will never shop here, and I don't recommend that anyone else does, either. read more
