She also said that she would send the warranty information attached to an email she would send informing us of the progress toward installation. That was the last we heard from 3-Day Blinds. It has now been 281 days since "3 Day" Blinds approved our order, or over 9 months, and we still have 3 rooms of wall coverings that have not been installed.

Today, my five year old accidentally pulled one of our shades too hard and it become detached from the roller mechanism. I called Alexander Blank and one of their wonderful installers was at my house within 30 minutes (and at the end of the workday). He was able to fix it and even looked at the other shades in the house and tweaked them to make sure they were working as well as possible. My husband and I ordered our custom draperies from Patrick two+ months ago (almost three), and as of today, and 4 trips later to our home, we still do not have all of our drapes hung (we only ordered drapes for two rooms). Unfortunately, during each visit something was missing or backordered. The latest issue is two of the panels that were too long when they were delivered the first time still have not been replaced. We have also had to wait for the correct rods and ends to be delivered as well. Although Patrick has been very nice to work with, this process has been very inconvenient for us. All along, my husband and I have been very understanding and patient, but at this point, we're not sure if we have the patience to go through this again. Hopefully, Patrick and Budget Blinds can make this right. It seems that most of the issues are distributor driven; however, we do not think that these issues have been addressed with as much urgency as we'd expect. Currently, we are paying for blinds that we don't fully have installed yet. The other company is experience, but does not explain exactly what they are ordering for you or I wouldn't have had the issue I had with the blinds/shutters. I have in my house. I started this project in March 2025 did not get any installation for over four months and was given all types of excuses from the owner David. He then discounted me some money off of My order because of how long it was taking used every excuse as a delay by the vendor delay by the VP of the vendor, etc.. The shutters that were installed were made to supposedly tilt both ways and is why they don't close completely, which I was never asked that question my other shutters in the rest of my house are not made that way and closed and block out lots of light. They also have framing from the top and the bottom that hide 11 inches of light coming into my house instead of just putting another slat in the shutter and making the top and the bottom only 3 to 3 1/2 inches. David then stated after I refuse to pay any more money because he said I didn't have to until they were fixed. He took over six weeks and still never communicated to me until I wrote a review and then that's when he again spoke up. Again, giving me excuses that he was waiting for the item to come in. This gentleman should not own a business because he gives most of his money away to fix the problems that he calls because he has lack of communication and doesn't properly order the product or higher the right subcontractors to help him out. This is definitely a buyer beware situation.
