I employed GOT2GO Pet Sitting for 18 months, and thought the services I was getting was reasonable and fairly prices. Unfortunately, there are numerous pet sitting services in the Douglas County area, and quite a few that my neighbors use. I kept hearing from my neighbors that they were not walking my dog the required time which I was told was 30 minutes. My neighbors would watch her take Sadie down 1 block and back to the house. I had heard that this had been going on for months. I was dishearten to know that this was happening. What set this off for me even further was the fact that while my primary person was on vacation they requested someone else within in the franchise to cover for her. For 2-days she realized I did not have my leash & collar at home, but never contacted me, it wasn't until I realized that it was in my car, when I contacted her. The classic response was that she should have contacted me, and did apologize but stated that she was able to fin another collar after going through my house and she had an extra leash. This was an obvious lie as I don't have an extra collar in my house. But if you are a responsible person would you not have contacted the owner and asked? This for me made me realize that what I was paying was in reality not happening. I discontinued the service once I realize how deceptive this service was. In confronting my primary person, she neither confirmed nor denied what had been going on. No words. I would not solicit this service to take your dog for a walk, because they will not do it, they may let your dog out - for $16 a day. read more
