He went over and above with this repair! He could have done an easy fix - by just cutting a bit of the bottom-but he did so much more! He re-hung the gate with all new hardware - placed steel brackets on each corner of the gate (to prevent future warping) and shaved off the bottom so that it would not hit the concrete.
