I have been going to got tint to have Kevin install my tint for 11 years now. His quality is the best. I won't use anyone else. He always answers phone and he will always get me in same day if not the following. I have had very many cars so he's done about 10/11 for me so far lol I always always believe you get what you pay for. He offers lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle not many do that. He takes his time really cleaning and prepping the window and I've never had to go back to have him fix something he always does it the right way the first time because who wants to waste money and time doing it again? Hello Kevin, The window tinting for my Nissan Pathfinder turned out beautifully. You and your "Got Tent?" employees did a very nice high quality installation. My SUV is much cooler now, by looks and also temperature. It's also comforting knowing that I received the actual XPEL Prime product and Not a 3M bait & switch... like how those shady clowns down the street from you operate whom uses a Prefix phone # in their "Company's Name". It costs consumers like myself money to remove their cheap bait and switch "generic tent" after being hustled by them clowns. The 3M corporation should be notified that their good name is being used to trick customers, like myself, when the owner "Bozo the ringleader" installs a cheap thin hazy bubbled generic tent. While consumers like myself were under the impression that we would be receiving a well known name brand like 3M window tint product. We sit in the waiting room after being "shown" a roll of premium window tint. Unaware that these thieves were actually screwing over us local Las Vegas citizens like myself. When I was given my keys back... the owner took a rag and wiped away a 3M logo that looked like it was drawn on by a white color crayon on all my windows directly in the middle/center of each window. Very suspicious activity considering that it would be mathematically impossible to accomplish while installing window tint to a consumer's vehicle directly in the exact center of each window. Bozo actually had wiped away the 3M logo's before I had a chance to inspect it closer... as I was walking closer to my vehicle. Then I was told by "him" that the haziness and the bubbles would fade away in the few days as the water evaporates. That did not happen! Hopefully the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Attorney General's office along with the local news network(s) be notified about their business conduct. I will be telling my family, friends and co-workers to bring their vehicles to Got Tent? for an honest and professional "actual product" name brand installation. The gentlemen were very professional, they offered a great presentation of the different types of tinting, which was a great lesson in keeping my car cool. Outside was dirty it had actually had rained the day before so there were streaks but no worries I didn't want them to scratch my new car wiping it. I don't give 5 star reviews often as I think it weakens the rating and appears fake. In and out 1hour 20minutes. He did up sale me to ceramic but it was no pressure just offered a deal. No bubbles even from the initial application water not being dry yet. Pay the extra if you are looking at Groupon tinters and go to Kevin. I have horror stories of other shops I won't bother you with. read more

The price was more than other places, but Kevin was recommended to me by the person who had recently replaced my cracked windshield, so I opted to pay more, thinking the service would be better. When I picked up my vehicle a large spot had begun to lift up on one of the back windows. He heated the outside of the window with a torch and used a squeegee before sending me on my way. Two weeks later and there is still a crease where this bubble had been. A week after initially getting the tint done on all of my windows, I had to go back to get my windshield and one of my side windows redone. There are still bubbles under all of the windows. When I asked about this I was told it takes up to two weeks to dry and evaporate completely. I was originally told 48 hours. He was nice and was willing to replace my windshield tint no questions asked. However, I received a little push back when I asked to have my driver door redone because there were multiple felt pieces from the doorframe under the tint. I was told "yeah, I mean I can redo it, but nothings going to be perfect." For damn dear $500 it better be damn near perfect. read more

I've kicked this review back and forth in my head all evening. I recently purchased a brand new truck for my husband. Wanted to get the windows tinted....I have driven this truck off the lot and into my garage and to this shop. I asked for special care to be given because it is a gift and frankly I didn't want to be the one to put the first ding in it. I am just sick to my stomach to know that a mistake can be made and someone couldn't just be honest and say it happened. I have a slice and missing rubber from my windshield seal. On top of it to have the audacity to put a sticker on a new vehicle without asking and then handing me a stack of business cards. I paid $430, and I was happy to, to make sure that this truck stayed in brand new condition......that didn't happen. The tint looks good but Kevin could have been honest about the mistake.
