Later found out through another Newfie owner she has two, that she was still grooming her Newfies. Really, we were always on time, tipped very well and we have never had any complants from any groomer on her. Wish you had told us you were having problems with her standing, not long after we left she was diagnosed with Adisons and we almost lost her. She was not standing for you because she couldn't. Luckily she is doing well now and will even hold up her paws for her new groomer. Never had an issue with your work it was excellent just hurt you did not completly disclose to us what the issues were.
