When we called the office, Dinorah, handled and addressed our concerns. She was professional, kind and efficient. She forwarded an estimate via email. The technician they sent to our home was Tyler. He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. Then the pricing starts really fluctuating. They've already started tearing out the flooring. Here comes Mr. Hometown himself. Another 2k for subfloor. Absolutely not. Decided to glue it down. No mention of price change. Floors done-look fantastic! Get a call from Mr. Hometown -they will be adding $400 to the second half so that they can pay the installer for putting down glue. Pretty poor business there Mr. Hometown. I really debated about writing this - $400 on top of $18k doesn't sound like much but such poor business Mr. Hometown.
