When we called the office, Dinorah, handled and addressed our concerns. She was professional, kind and efficient. She forwarded an estimate via email. The technician they sent to our home was Tyler. He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. I called Cardinal again, Jeff did the measurements and ideas on what to do. Dakota completed the job. It was done on schedule and we can't sing Dakota's praises enough. The flooring looks amazing! We our super satisfied again. Now I have 2 bathrooms to remodel. They'll be my go to in the future.

We chose them not only because the pricing was reasonable, but mainly because we were treated so well from our first visit to the store right through the finish. Jeff Brown was great and very helpful in working with us on choosing the right products and colors, he came to our house with samples to make sure what we looked at in the store would work in the house, he was always available when needed, and his crew, Matt, Tony and the other carpet installers were all very courteous and professional, they did a great job of cleaning up after their work. Jeff checked in a couple of times to see how things were going. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend them highly.

I would not recommend using Henry kitchen and bath for anything…read more My first visit was in April 2022. I met with Joanne Connolly and she seemed to be knowledgeable and very helpful. We picked out cabinets, flooring, sink, faucet, handles and pulls and she designed the kitchen. She came out to the house and did measurements and drew up the suggested design of my kitchen. The nightmare started when the orders started coming in. First, the orders were delayed for months and then when it did show up, I received wrong product and the sink, faucet handles and pulls, as well as the grout were not ordered. I then was told by Joanne to go onto Amazon, and order all the products that did not show up or use build.com. I did that,but,the prices for everything were more than what I originally had paid to Henry kitchen and bath. When the countertop was delivered, it was not the right size around the sink, and my stove did not slide in to where it should have been due to improper measuring given to the countertop people from HKB. The countertop people did come out and remove the large piece from behind the stove but now I have an open area behind the stove with nothing, just open space. So, I contacted Joanne twice now to get in touch with the countertop people, but there has been no result from that. There have been other issues regarding the design and cabinets and doors hitting one another but there's too much to go into it here. Due to the lack of customer service and unwillingness from Henry kitchen and bath to take care of their mistakes, I would never recommend using them.
