One of the girls actually reminded me I still had an extra 10% off, which was a nice surprise. I picked up two perfume sample sets from a brand I've been wanting to try, so I was really happy with that. Also loved their new checkout system they can actually ring you up while you're waiting in line if you're paying by card. One of the associates pulled me aside and checked me out on her phone, which made everything way faster. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely go back.

The Vic Park gym and Vic Park Medispa are now separate entities from the Annie Young spa. This is a full service spa with manicure/pedicure, facials, massage, waxing, makeup and hair salon. It's a beautiful bright open space on the third floor with lots of natural light. They have a great selection of makeup, hair and skin care products available to buy, but there is never any pressure to buy anything which I really like. The staff are outstanding, they are all very good at what they do, I have never had a bad service here. I haven't tried everything but I have had manicures, pedicures, makeup and hair done here. Everyone is incredibly pleasant, and the co-owner Charlene is often around and is a real delight to talk to. A minor thing - if you are here for a manicure in the winter, wear a sweater, the stations are next to the big windows and can get chilly. The prices are on the higher side but in line with what similar salons will charge and given the quality of the treatments are definitely worth the money. Annie Young is an awesome spot for all your primping needs. Highly recommended.

I had a reflexology massage with Mirela and she had such a comforting and relaxing energy and not to mention extremely skillful and knowledgeable about her profession. I had a Swedish massage with Nadiya and let me tell you if I lived in your country I would come see this lady for a massage every week; best massage of my life, she is very skillful. I had a brow tint with Steph C and she did a great job and then as we all know right after a brow tint it can be very intense especially for someone with my pale complexion so Francine very kindly offered to touch up my make up so that I didn't feel too self conscious to spend the rest of the day at the mall :) This establishment is well run and have hired a lovely and professionally accommodating staff.

I'd like to respond to Natalia's response below:…read more After checking my correspondences with her, I saw that in fact, I was lenient and told her the day before the wedding to come at 9 instead, so I will take this aspect back. Initially we said 7, but after she said she would come after 9, I compromised for a 9am meeting (which was wrong of me in retrospect). However, a room full of people were there to vouch for the fact that I didn't not interrupt every five minutes as claimed. I asked to have a mirror to see what was going on and that's it. Then, once Natalia was done, I asked for more eyeliner several times to which she said "wedding makeup can't just be eyeliner, ok?!". So yes, I communicated a lot that what she doing wasn't the same as the trial but was ignored. As for the makeup being the same as the trial, if it were, I wouldn't have written this review since I actually loved the trial makeup. And we actually did not finish 'as scheduled' because despite me telling her that we needed to leave for 12:15 and have pictures taken before, she finished my makeup at 11:30 giving me only 40 minutes to get dressed, get pictures taken, and get to the limo. In any case, this is not a battle I want to fight. There are in fact many good reviews on Google, and mine is one simple negative one. This may be a miscommunication as mentioned, or it may be the fact that things actually went wrong. In any case, it's my word against Natalia's and I don't feel the need to justify further. It is what it is - however I do need to say that she emailed me asking me to take down my review for a refund, apologies, or free makeup in return - To clarify, this is not the purpose of my writing. I'm just here to relay what happened to me to others. I am never looking for compensation with bad reviews. Good luck
