I frequently purchased and repurchased the thick Brow Pencils from our local cosmetics department stores and Beauty Supplies stores and came to realize that they no longer have the thick Brow pencils on the shelves and is out of stock. what is on the shelves that L'Oreal is currently selling is the Ultra-thin brow pencils with a waxy crayon application or retractable pencils that don't apply or stick onto my brows. I'm an older woman and I like the thicker brow opposed to the thin pencil brow that younger female generation uses. Well, I took the liberty and wrote to the L'Oreal Corporate Office with a request that if I could purchase maybe some of the thick brow pencils that they did not get rid of and I would purchase at their price and they deliver to my home, Sadly it seems as though the common courtesy or Customer service and basic human decency is gone this company has taken the Human part of being a loyal customer to buy the product and give us your money!
