Our salesman Jay was very easy to deal with, was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of our property and our new driveway looks amazing. Joseph, one of the supervisors was terrific and made sure that everything was going as promised and promptly addressed any concerns we had. David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. When we went to look, we found the gentleman who'd assisted us to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't realize how much maintenance DG requires. The salesman ended up showing us California Gold gravel which looks a lot like the product we'd planned to purchase, but wouldn't have to worry about heavy maintenance or seeing it wash away with a rainstorm. Ended up purchasing it - not only does it look great, but there is virtually no maintenance needed. A real win-win! Check this place out for your hardscape needs!

Not only is he…read morefriendly and kind, his knowledge of the landscaping industry, plants, hardscapes, drainage, design, aesthetics, etc is indicative of his 20+ years in the business. He was great at listening to our ideas, providing suggestions, and providing a design and estimate at no cost. Doug and his crew have completed about 2/3rd of this $65,000 hardscape and softscape project and I cannot express how IMPRESSED I am with the attention to detail and level of quality with his work. When I spend this kind of money, I tend to scrutinize every detail but I'm having a hard time finding issues. I cannot wait to see the finished project and will be sharing pictures once completed. I have no doubt my guests will be as wowed as I am. I also need to commend Doug and his foremen for delivering results and progress on a strict timeline and in line with the expectations set. At times I believe I counted 9 guys working at any given time, not one of them slacking. Each day they started at 7am and I'd start to see the workers parked on my street as early as 6:40, just waiting for the noise curfew to lift so they could begin sharply on time. And never complained. I know I can be a pain in the butt because if I don't know what's going on or how it's being built I ask 1 million questions. The job came out beautiful.
