Very responsive. Always able to get ahold of him. He uses a very user friendly system to manage his renters accounts. Transparency ++

I have been with RESE for almost 5 years up until the managment change. I won't say that RESE and I…read morehave had our times, however, they have a job to do and with that job comes communication, accountability, andbility and both tenants and managment to be on the same page. I had built a great repore with them as time contyinued on. If the fees are not what your expecting when you moved out, theirs a reason for that. If you don't want a negative reply back for your own diligence, then be an adult and give respect. If you don't like someone because management wont allow anyone to get away with nothing that no other tenant can get away with, then maybe you shouldn't rent from anyone but your parents. I have seen a lot of ppl come and go with tenants blaming the management when its black and white in the agreements and if respect and communication came from the ones who have horrible things to say, then maybe its not RESE management however its your own problem that no company nor human should have to carry in their own shoulders. COMMUNICATE, DOCUMENT IT, REPORT IT, PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME WITH NO EXCUSES and the property managmenst would be more willing to work with alot of your poor sorry me ego. I personally love renting from them and I have been through alot of slumb lords. I am bnow through another company and they are shitty. I plan on renting from them soon because I know that at the end of the day when I don't have to worry about the crap from own property managements that do as they please won't be from RESE Property management. I give them a 20 star to knock the negative ones out... how many of you are working for another place that does property management and goes on other sites to do negative reviews? Michelle Hudson

It's a shame that I even have to give this company a star. If you discover that they are managing…read morethe property, RUN! Anthony (Tony) the maintenance manager will argue with you rather than fix anything. He will say bad things about you to his Vendors. However, one Vendor told me everything he said. Rese is absolutely the worst company to work with. Remember to RUN AWAY!

Nestwell Property Management - The remodel room was pitch black with the installed lighting at night, It was used as storage. Still very clean when we left

Nestwell ultimately charged us $585 for tenant responsibility, including: Removing an porch bench (there when we move in) - $15 Replacing a "broken" (not broken?) doorbell and removing hooks - $85 Swapping an incorrect privacy lock - $65 Removing carpet remnants (this carpet was apart of the unit?) and tacks from the stairs - $50 Replacing broken bedroom blinds (Also not broken??) $105 Repairing a damaged window screen - $60 Removing adhesive hooks and tape - $30 Disposing of trash/debris (there was no trash??) $40 Blowing debris from the garage (?... we swept when we left) - $40 Vacuuming HVAC duct (Also cleaned when we left) - $60 Replacing burned-out light bulbs - $35 My disappointment is with the move-out inspection process itself. It felt like our disputes were dismissed without supporting photos or documentation explaining why certain items were determined to be tenant responsibility. A more transparent process, with detailed move-in and move-out photos and evidence supporting disputed charges would go a long way toward building trust with tenants. I hope Nestwell continues to improve the transparency and fairness of its move-out inspections.

Property Management - We're finishing up our last day of training here with the 4 new franchisees. What would you recommend to help them hit the ground running?

I have owned multiple properties in multiple states for the past 25 years. PMI was by far the…read moreworst property management experience I have ever had. As a result of the poor service I received from PMI, I was fined $500 by the HOA my rental property was in. I received several warning letters from the HOA about the condition of the yard, I forwarded each letter to PMI, and they informed me that they initiated work orders, and completed the work orders, to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they never did the work, or contacted the HOA, which resulted in a $500 fine. When I decided to terminate my contract one month early, PMI charged me an additional $750, plus $100 for sending someone out to look at the yard, after I requested them to cancel my contract and the service call. PMI stated they were not responsible for the damage the tenants had done to my yard, and it was my responsibility. They would not let me speak to upper management about the issue. This company is horrible, I would strongly discourage anybody from using PMI to manage your property.

Don't fall for the con. This PMI Lake Country is a complete scam. They cost us over $10,000…read morebecause they are negligent and careless. We trusted them to place people in our rental and they promised that they had a two step screening process for the potential renters. It sat vacant for a long period of time which was not a serious concern because we didn't want bad renters in the newly renovated well cared for home. When we got the call that a tenant would like to move in we were told that they went through all of the background checks and qualified. We were left with complete scum in our rental home that never paid a single dime the entire 6 months that they occupied the unit. When we questioned PMI about the lack of payment we were brushed off for 3 months. After multiple methods of repeated attempts to contact we were forced to start our own eviction process and that took an additional 3 months. By the time the scum were evicted we were left with destruction and garbage on every inch of our rental unit. It was pristine prior to them and completely destroyed when they finally left. This is all due to the owners of PMI lacking in ability. They are clearly out to steal from homeowners. They never attempted to reimburse us for our losses or had concern for everything that we had to go through. Don't use them! When we reached out to PMI corporate we were ignored for the first attempt the second attempt was met with a response that they are working with the local group to remedy the situation. NOTHING was ever done!
