Gorrilla does not respond to warranty requests and does not back their product. After several follow-ups by email, with no response I called and spoke to Lexi. Lexi tried to assist, but she could not. Lexi spoke to the owner about the inefficient turnaround, which caused a hole in the bed that had only a snag month ago when reported. The owner refused to replace the $310 indestructible memory foam dog bed. He told me to send it back for a full refund, farewell, knowing this wasn't possible. UPS $450 & FEDEX $350.00. You are being dishonest trying to perceive to the public that you have gone above and beyond, and you are a reputable businessman taking care of your customers. Public, please do not be fooled. I would not be writing this review without good reason. A full replacement of the same value was not offered. It was my request to receive a replacement. I did not want the money back. The owner declined. As stated, I was told I must return at my own (very costly )expense. The owner would not provide a return label. Which is unacceptable. Gorrilla dog beds lacks customer service and professionalism. Anyone considering purchasing from this company should do your research.

lasted about 6-8 months, not entirely sure. definitely not "indestructible" or "toughest on the planet "

    5 minutes - epic fail!

*** DON'T DO IT!! *** BED IS NOT CHEW-PROOF AND BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SHAMELESS. WHEN THERE WAS AN ISSUE. THEY ONLY RESPONDED WHEN THE BBB GOT INVOLVED AND, EVEN THEN, DID NOT MAKE ME WHOLE. Like many others have said (and I wish I'd seen these first), the bed is as chewable as any cheapie dog bed, and the customer service is deplorable. My 25 lb dog chewed through the cover and a lot of the foam in literally 5 minutes. She's had stuffies with far more staying power. I spoke with Lexie who told me to file a claim on the site and send in pictures, which I'd already done. After getting no response, I finally filed with the BBB. Gorilla only agreed to replace the cover, which is just stupid...what dog gets through the cover and sats, "Hmmm...the foam isn't covered under the 'warranty'...better stop here." Info about the 'chew-proof' warranty is touted in large print all over the site, with no mention of not replacing the foam anywhere you might reasonably read it. Super shady. After a few back-and-forths with the BBB, they quickly shipped the cover before I could protest the lack of foam replacement; what's the point of an empty cover? Since I volunteer at a dog rescue, I always tell adopters to avaoid Gorilla Dog Beds.

Here is my bed for my tough chewer after less than 30 days.

Horrible. Dog chewed in under 30 days. Terrible customer service. Complicated money back process. I switched to K9 Ballistics.

Whether it's a Texans game or a day at Rodeo, having access to pet friendly supplies for our furry friends is clutch when PetSmart is right across the street. Like all Petsmart stores, they double up as free entertainment for the youngins. Take the kids to look at birds, mice, fishies in the tank, and peep puppies getting groomed. For would be pet owners, there are also adoption services (with a fee) for animals looking for a home. They won't win any awards for customer service, but trust there's a solid stuff working here. There's plenty of parking and rarely any lines at check-out. The selection for most things is pretty good. While I don't think the prices are exactly wallet friendly, it is the price we all pay for convenience.

I'm new to Texas and was stunned by the complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy I received at this location. I arrived on Saturday for a confirmed 11:30 AM grooming appointment, only to be told it had been canceled without notice. The manager admitted it was their mistake, apologized, and promised I would be compensated. Because I work 12+ hour shifts at a hospital, I had to arrange for a friend (who had to Uber) to bring my dog back while I worked. When I came to pick up my dog Monday, I was met with rudeness and racial condescension by a manager named Bobby, who dismissed everything I explained, refused to check the notes, and spoke to me like I was a problem -- not a paying customer who had been wronged. She walked off mid-conversation when I asked for clarification. Her tone and treatment felt deeply racially biased, and I left the store feeling humiliated. This isn't about a discount -- it's about respect. I expected PetSmart to own its mistake, not to be gaslit, silenced, or demeaned. I've filed a formal complaint to corporate and urge others to stay away from this location if you expect basic customer service or accountability.

It's definitely a huge store, but much homier than some of your traditional pet stores. I used to shop at Petsmart because they offered a coupon book of freebies when I first adopted my cat. I didn't even know places like Pet Supermarket existed! They are always running promotions on different items throughout the store and even sent some of the neighborhood customers $5 off coupons (no minimum purchase) to use for June through August. I popped in to buy my kitty some more food and saw that the usual brand I get was $3 off, so that combined with my $5 coupon was a great deal. I was scambling to tear off June's coupon, but the cashier chuckled and said I could keep it because they were meant to be reused. My cat has to eat the "fancy" stuff because she's allergic to basically everything, but they stock every single brand you could think of. And it's not just the expensive brands that have the deals. The last time I went, the Purina Tidy Cats litter was $1 off and offered a free bag of treats! My absolute favorite part about this store is that there are adoptable kittens that the employees encourage you to play with. You're welcome to pop open the latch and cuddle the kitties for as long as you'd like. They're from Houston Pets Alive, which is a no-kill shelter and adoption fees are only $50. The cats are positioned right next to the adoptable birds, rabbits, and hamsters, so there's plenty to keep them interested until you come visit!

After paying, the checkout person then assisted me to my car using a dolly (it was over 100 lbs of dog food). Above and beyond - He offered - I didn't ask for the assistance. I was thrilled that they had a variety of cakes to choose from as well as cookies and other treats If you're looking for other accessories, clothes, toys, tools, and other foods... they've got all that too. I believe they have things for other pets (cats, etc), but I was focused on the pup offerings The staff is friendly enough. Not the warmest hospitality, but they were professional, helpful, and efficient. Someone was making fresh baked treats/goods, and it was nice to see that these items are made daily. Also, there was a pup walking around behind the counter, and that made me feel like they truly do love and care about our furry friends While my dog isn't particularly picky when it comes to treats, I could tell he was delighted to try everything. If you're looking for something to help make your pups birthday more special, I would look no further Some tips: Rice Village can have limited or paid parking. There are a couple spots designated specifically for this shop, so, you don't have to park a ways away or worry about any of that. Also, if you purchase a cake they will write your pups name on it in icing. You can find Three Dig Bakery treats in most grocery stores. I hadn't realized, but I had been buying these cookie treats from Kroger for a year or so, and they are branded with Three Dog Bakery Cheers!!

When Eddie was ringing me up, I noticed he didn't take 50% off the rounded one and I told him I got it from a bin that was marked as 50%. He then told me that because it did not have a sticker on it.
