The team members were very caring. Although with my disability washing my dog can be challenging and painful due to the amount of time spent standing. Once I was in immense pain afterwards the team members sought a chair for me to rest and recover. They have suggestions if you want some help, and also give you space if you just want to browse. They also have tons of cute Christmas / holiday items, everything your dog never knew that he needed until you became their owner....You can also join their member rewards program. You can tell they genuinely love animals at this store, and they are very active in giving back to the local community and helping / promoting rescue organizations and animal welfare. AMAZING SHED TREATMENT!! My dog sheds like nobody's business. I've paid hundreds to various places in Houston for their shedding packages. While they did somewhat subdue the fallout for an hour or two, there was no noticeable improvement after a few hours. Charlie had a bath with the shedding package upgrade on exactly one week ago. When I picked him up from the appointment, the difference was noticeable on sight. To the touch, the difference was dramatic. Over the next several days, shedding was minimal. Today, it is a little more but still WAY LESS than normal - especially for the summer. Charlie is very shy and nervous and not a fan of the bath. Staff came out to meet him, sat on the floor and let him get to know her. She just loved on him until he started to go to her when she stopped petting him. Both of the groomers were wonderful with him. That's just priceless. I've shopped there for a couple years. They have a wide variety of food and all of it is high quality food. The staff is ALWAYS wonderful - helpful and very personable. I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've left for any establishment. We love this place. Especially for Grooming! This is our third Groom for both Wally and George with Pet Supplies Plus and we had Rosalind for the second time. She is caring and sweet and professional; book with her ASAP. Our dogs love her. She does a GREAT job and while one is easy (George - short haired terrier), she does an incredible job with our SheepaDoodle Wally. His ears are super clean (which is a hard job for doodles), and we are just super pleased again and again. I watched the client before us and how Rosalind and another technician dealt with a nervous 15.5 year old dog. So very kind and caring. And talk about reasonable. The pricing is significantly less than other places we have used. And to top it off she always adds a cute tie or this time she added an awesome Astros bandana for both dogs. They smell incredible and their fur is so soft. We bought some treats for the dogs afterwards and they have the best deals on treats and dog food.
