Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to Bbl because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted. Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy and made it seem like it was no big deal. Of course, my son didn't realize that he should have looked at it in person. I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters. The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. I called Nissan to see if they could find out the actual mileage from within the computer system, but the car is too old. If I lived closer to this dealer (I'm 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!!

We found the specific make and model used car that we'd been looking for at BBL. We wanted low…read moremiles, a car that had not been modified by previous owners, and fewer previous owners. I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.

They had the marketing manager lied to me about multiple features in this car that didn't exist yet I was told existed based off of the photos and text messages and emails from the marketing manager. Beyond that when I finally received the vehicle, the vehicle had a lot more issues and undisclosed accidents that ended up costing me a lot of money.. why do they cost me a lot of money even though I had the 30 day warranty from them that would be because they did not honor their warranty. They tried to tell me they would only cover 50% not 100%.. so they sent me a check for 50% of the cost to repair broken AC and broken control arms that they told me I didn't have problems when I was purchasing it from another state. On top of that, they did not disclose the over $2000 in DMV fees associated with the car because they failed to register the car properly in their state when they bought it from the auction. Fully took advantage of me fully lied about the condition of the car fully failed to help me when it came down to getting repairs done or getting the fees from the DMV taken care of I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now I did take this car to a local mechanic to get the fluids checked. They didn't do a super great job. I'll have to leave a review for them as well, but that doesn't change the fact that prestige motors did not disclose an accident. They lied and said the car was pushed to start and remote access which it does not and they also did not honor their 100% cost warranty. They only gave me 50% which to me shows just how much of a scammer this dealership isnot to mention they've had this review deleted three times.

All he wanted was someone to answer the lurking questions about price, credit, and financing. Sure, he went to his own bank, but they made him feel meaningless and unimportant failing to answer just three simple questions. Upon arriving at Better All Auto Sales, he was greeted and asked a few questions about his buying preference, later he met the owner and that's when all his headaches ended. Owner sat down with him for over an hour and went over the types of cars that were in his selected price range, the down payment needed as well as a list of financing agencies who would assist him. Brought all the information home, we went over the various payment options and two days later we went back, low and behold he found a great car, with a suitable downpayment and a sincere financing agency with terms he could afford. Our fault for not taking the rig to a mechanic before purchase. They also lied that the rig had been a "tow" vehicle, and that is why the miles are so high. The jeep shows no signs that it had ever been towed. However, it does show that the engine is not the original engine. Regardless, we take responsibility for our downfall in not doing appropriate inspections. But they should not have overtly lied to us. In prompted lies! They offered explanations for things that we did not ask. Those were all lies!! The sales guy was very personable, the gaggle of ladies upstairs all with RBF's were unwelcoming, and annoying. Took a car on a test drive that had multiple warnings light up and was told the bums poke the sensors behind the bumpers for fun. Also an obvious fuel injector problem was tried to be passed off as a spark plug. Do not buy a car from them unless you have a good working knowledge of cars and a good eye for bullshit. Otherwise nice enough people just wouldn't trust them. Sorry guys.

I came to this dealer a month ago looking for a commuter car and instead I bought a car that multiple electrical issues and couldn't even drive it out of the parking lot because the headlights didn't work and the dealer/ owner told me to take it the car to O'Reilly's because it was prolly a blown fuse but the headlights went out and then the electrical on the inside had multiple issues and the power steering went out. I chose to opt out of the deal but the owner tells me he has to keep my $800 down payment when I specifically said I didn't want to put a down payment. The day before he said it was state taxes I was paying for but the next day he tells me when I choose to opt out that it was a down payment. This guy really had the nerve to tell me to bring someone else to his dealership and whatever of a down payment they put down he'll refund my money back. If I had the choice I would give this dealership a 0 star rating.
