Unfortunately, neither will be connected for a bit as I'm relocating them within my home. So, I'm here. Luckily it's clean, relatively conveniently located, offers 24 hour availability and, most of the time, ample parking. Price wise, it's about the same as other laundromats in the area. This location utilizes a credit card STYLE system. The customer purchases a card from one machine and uses a second machine to add money to the card for use in the facility's machines; be prepared to have dollar bills (ones, fives, tens, etc).Coins are not accepted in the card machine or in the wagers or dryers. Although, I didn't like spending $27 to wash and dry 5 loads of laundry (3 baskets). Keep in mind, for someplace clean and convenient, the cost for using these appliances is about average. See picture for items washed. My laundry today included a few blankets, many towels and general articles of clothing. I didn't completely dry my last load of towels, they can air dry.

It's not that hard to label your machines with correct prices. Staff member was rude and tried to make it seem like it was my fault, and then she started breaking down and crying after I said she was being deceptive (which I felt horrible about; I was trying my best to be respectful while still expressing my valid concern and dissatisfaction). Owner did come in to the store and refunded me a few minutes later which I appreciated. Other than that, the place was okay. Machines were available.

The machines were a little pricey compared to what we were used to, but we liked the fact that we could just swipe a debit card rather than needing quarters. My biggest upset was that we put our laundry into the largest dryer for an hour, and I was told that was MORE than enough and I was actually wasting money doing so. When we got home, we noticed some of our heavier items (sweaters, sweatpants, etc.) were still pretty wet and we had to hang them up. i feel like an hour is more than long enough for drying, especially considering the higher quality machines you would expect at a laundromat. We would come back due to the more convenient hours, but wouldn't go out of our way to come here. I should mention that the facility was clean and the staff was friendly-but the overall package just wasn't' that attractive due to our end result with wet clothing.

Aka it got caught in the rubberized part on the side of the washer resulting in it being basically ripped to shreds. Not a fancy top by any means. Kind of old actually, only worth about $8 maybe. I told the kind employee who happened to be new and she took down my name and number and informed me that the owner would be in touch with me regarding it. Cool, no big deal. I came in today (a few weeks later) to do laundry. I had not heard anything back from the manager so I asked asked the woman on duty about it. It was the same employee from last time and by the way she was explaining what had happened I could tell the store manager didn't give a flying f**k about their machine ruining my property. I also took notice of their new signage stating "NO REFUNDS", which had certainly been updated since my last visit. I guess the plethora of "no refunds" plaques already plastered all over the walls weren't enough to convey their selfish frugality. Come here for the convenient hours but do not come thinking you will be treated fairly. I don't care about the shirt but I care about the principal. It's better to give a customer the $8 they are owed than to have a negative word be said about them. I guess you learn new things every day

This place is under new management, there's a new owner!!!! So new in fact they're still working out the kinks with the best intentions of making this a more efficient more reputable laundromat. It's a great location really easy parking in front. I had an issue with the laundry soap and the owner himself came within five minutes of me calling with an issue. I always do laundry once on a long trip like I'm on and if I'm ever in the area, I'll stop here again. Plus the owner has a cute dog. Very well behaved.

Even for small amounts of cash used in dryers and washing machines that don't function properly and have broken return buttons. I felt very uncomfortable giving out personal information and card info. for a cash purchase. While the amount was rather small, .75 cents, it leaves one to wonder if this company can be trusted. How many people probably walk out per day without bothering to submit to the process? How much unclaimed money does this generate for the company per day?
