Luckily it's clean, relatively conveniently located, offers 24 hour availability and, most of the time, ample parking. Price wise, it's about the same as other laundromats in the area. This location utilizes a credit card STYLE system. The customer purchases a card from one machine and uses a second machine to add money to the card for use in the facility's machines; be prepared to have dollar bills (ones, fives, tens, etc).Coins are not accepted in the card machine or in the wagers or dryers. Although, I didn't like spending $27 to wash and dry 5 loads of laundry (3 baskets). Keep in mind, for someplace clean and convenient, the cost for using these appliances is about average. See picture for items washed. My laundry today included a few blankets, many towels and general articles of clothing. I didn't completely dry my last load of towels, they can air dry.

I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The bathroom, seating area, folding stations, and machines were clean and in working order. Overall, I cannot complain!

Aka it got caught in the rubberized part on the side of the washer resulting in it being basically ripped to shreds. Not a fancy top by any means. Kind of old actually, only worth about $8 maybe. I told the kind employee who happened to be new and she took down my name and number and informed me that the owner would be in touch with me regarding it. Cool, no big deal. I came in today (a few weeks later) to do laundry. I had not heard anything back from the manager so I asked asked the woman on duty about it. It was the same employee from last time and by the way she was explaining what had happened I could tell the store manager didn't give a flying f**k about their machine ruining my property. I also took notice of their new signage stating "NO REFUNDS", which had certainly been updated since my last visit. I guess the plethora of "no refunds" plaques already plastered all over the walls weren't enough to convey their selfish frugality. Come here for the convenient hours but do not come thinking you will be treated fairly. I don't care about the shirt but I care about the principal. This place is under new management, there's a new owner!!!! So new in fact they're still working out the kinks with the best intentions of making this a more efficient more reputable laundromat. It's a great location really easy parking in front. I had an issue with the laundry soap and the owner himself came within five minutes of me calling with an issue. I always do laundry once on a long trip like I'm on and if I'm ever in the area, I'll stop here again. Plus the owner has a cute dog. Very well behaved.

How many people probably walk out per day without bothering to submit to the process? How much unclaimed money does this generate for the company per day?
